  1. I've been using one for a few months now and haven't had any issues. Could use a little thicker "lip" at the front end that you bump into but otherwise I would say it works great. You can see the difference in thickness here. http://imgur.com/Krs1Lr7
  2. Just checked mine, it's button 26 and shows as off, then on when pressed. Maybe something is screwy with the target config.
  3. Create an autoexec.cfg (just a text file with that extension) in x:\Users\xxxxx\Saved Games\DCS\Config Add the lines below and you should be good. options.graphics.ScreenshotQuality = 100 ScreenshotExt = "bmp"
  4. Thrustmaster posted on Twitter yesterday that it was server issues over the weekend, and the site worked yesterday. Now today it appears down again. Probably same issue.
  5. Looks like the 2nd to last shows -3.9 unless I'm reading it wrong.
  6. You can try using a shortcut to run it. On the new shortcut: Target = "C:\Program Files (x86)\Thrustmaster\TARGET\x64\TARGETGUI.exe" -r "C:\Program Files (x86)\Thrustmaster\TARGET\scripts\FalconBMS-Warthog-Paddle-Shift.tmc" Start In = "C:\Program Files (x86)\Thrustmaster\TARGET\x64" Also have "Run this program as administrator" checked under compatibility. You have to of course adjust the paths and the xxx.tmc script above to match your settings. Out of curiosity, what Windows Version and Target Version are you running? I'm using Windows 10 Build 14393.187 with TARGET version 1.0.11.304 with no issues.
  7. Wow! He's a lucky dude..
  8. Was running 364.72 but switched a few weeks ago to to 372.70. Haven't noticed any difference really.
  9. Second for JSGME, here's a thread that should get you up and running. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=98607
  10. Maybe one of the pit builders will have an idea but I believe that Windows/DirectX is limited to 32 buttons per device. Also the specs say that board can have 32 buttons, up to 16 encoders, and 11 rotaries.
  11. Pretty sure, on the F-15 at least, it has ejectors that push the missile away from the fuselage before the rocket ignites. How long the delay is I don't really know.
  12. If you are going to use the standalone ie non-Steam version, you can activate your FC3 and BS2 on the standalone and remove the Steam version all together if you want to. Keys from Steam can be used on the standalone, but keys from the DCS Shop cannot be used on Steam.
  13. E.D.I is the future. :pilotfly: http://th06.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/f/2013/001/1/2/edi_and_talon_by_fighterman35-d5q10da.jpg
  14. Thanks guys! Wasn't sure about the copy/paste but will give it a try and search for the registry changes. My ISP does suck, but they're the only one around here. Fought them on it before. Mom and Pop operation basically.
  15. Ok, so I had held out on Nevada since my ISP blocks Torrent use and locks your account. But I had to be at a hospital today with 100M WiFi and managed to load DCS 2.0 and then install Nevada using the command prompt updater. I'm not planning on using it on this laptop. So is there a way for me to transfer the files, either downloaded or installed, to my gaming rig and then activate Nevada on it? Thanks!
  16. Did you go get the latest drivers from Thustmaster for the stick and MFD's? I run mine under Win 10 with no issues FWIW.
  17. Seem to remember an AI landing bug that was causing them to do this, think it was the tandem landing. Try it with a single AC and see what happens.
  18. This may seem silly, but you are unzipping the calibration tools to a directory before using them correct? I seem to remember someone trying to run it without unzipping and getting errors and erratic behavior.
  19. You can look the pedals up on Amazon, reviews are so-so. But I imagine for free you can't go wrong like cichlidfan stated.
  20. Did you by chance buy an EVGA card? If you did, then I believe that you could use their step up program to upgrade to a 1070 when they are available, think it's good for 3 months after you purchase.
  21. Yep, seems people were having issues with CMS Left, ENG L, and DX 18 on the MFD's IIRC so I never upgraded.
  22. That's backwards, you can use Steam keys on the standalone, you cannot use standalone keys on Steam. That's one advantage of the standalone, you can utilize sales from both.
  23. For Steam you need to purchase from Steam, keys bought on the ED site will not import into Steam. But, if you purchase a key from Steam, you can use the key on the standalone version from ED.
  24. Viper Pilot by Dan Hampton describes that tactic in it also. Knew they were being listened to by the operators. Thought it was pretty good.
