  1. Even on full afterburner, the Su-33 has a very low thrust. It's impossible to take-off or maintain a leveled flight (with or without any weapons). I noticed this issue on my system (w/ OB 1.5.0.45655) with the AI diving into the sea instead of landing on the Kuznetsov in a custom mission. I created two test missions variants with a player-controlled Su-33: I barely reached 100 km/h on the runway and couldn't maintain a stable flight (reproduced several times).   2. There should be an announcement about the gimbals soon. The Gunfighter series will use cams. No picture has been made available yet (afaik). From what I understood, there will be two cam options: one with a firm center (on each axis) (to mimic the current Black Mamba design) and one with a smooth center. The Black Mamba may have its own base later when the modern stick will be produced (not decided).

From what I've experienced, it's not triggered if the player aircraft is not airborne (Su-27 in that track). Good luck squashing the AI bug ;)

  8. Apparently not working as intended: it's possible to land/T-O/roll on a damaged runway. I was tweaking a quick scramble training mission and I used a B-1B with Mk-84 and finally a full load of penetrating GBU-31(V)3/B (switching from Runway Bombing to Pinpoint Strike task) but I've been able to land/roll safely at any speed with a Su-27. (4 GBUs used per impact point) The ATC correctly suggests an alternate airbase but the craters are harmless decals.   9. Harmless destroyed runway? Is it still possible to T-O/land on a "destroyed" runway in 1.5 beta?   14. Hi there, Sorry if I missed the information elsewhere but I had no luck with the search results and I didn't find anything about the lights in the scripting wiki. Is there still no way to control the navigation lights for an AI unit? (I was trying to tweak a simple mission where you have to follow an aircraft at dawn in the mountains and with the sun in your eyes) (it's gorgeous but not safe at all) (Based on what I found (and what I didn't), I have little hope :hmm:) Thanks!
  15. Thanks for the workaround Maverick :thumbup: Here's an additional track with the RTB message loop. Even back to base and parked, the AI keeps broadcasting the message.   18. Open the Module Manager, Log in and Install. ("tiles" icon next to the options cogwheel) Afaik, no additional activation is used for the OB.

  20. There's also a weird red light in the Su-27 when the cockpit lights are on (no red tint on the dashboard or flood light). It may be related.

  22. Indeed. That should have happened with the budget cuts ;) Brighter lights would be more helpful. Otherwise the texture looks really good. Not a real Beryoza but: (real Beryoza (no lights on))
  23. The smoke trails may be less visible with the terrain in background but it doesn't seem that far from the real MiG-29: At least, it doesn't look like an oversight from ED or a bug.
