  8. ergo the 65 dollar level includes the one dollar level. Surely you see that? Cm'on now. let's quit arguing about silly things. Point is Luthier cocked up. All we need is for him to post a one-liner saying why. Anything will do.
  9. We are all that class of backer as subsequent rewards include the first tier reward as well.
  10. I'm with Revvin on this one: RRG studios have a legal obligation towards their backers to fulfil the rewards as outlined in the kickstarter campaign: The reward in question as expressly contracted to by RRG is as follows: ....access to the backer section with weekly development updates, videos, and more..... No update = breech. It's really that simple, nothing childish about it. If anything, it should act as a wake-up call.

  15. Everybody has them but only you can see your own: Going Postal: Blocks are not important as such - they get filled/coloured in as the warning percentage as indicated to the left increases. Degree of attempting to go postal/medieval is in direct proportion to the percentage mentioned. Reach 100% and you'll have filled up your 'blocks' and you will be officially listed as 'Lost in the Post' .

  17. I pre-ordered R9 290X with deposit earlier this month. Received the final order reference with purchase-price this morning here in the UK, took one look at the price and told them to get knotted. Awaiting my refund and release of the new Nvidia cards. Another thing to keep in mind is the release of the R9 290 next week will be cheaper than the X. To quote the supplier:
  18. THIS!
  19. Without knowing exactly why they abandoned this project (by their own admission they had all the info they needed, however dubious that info was to me personally) there's no guarantee that something more down to the ground will meet with better success. If the abandonment was based on perceived Community-Confidence in the project then they will definitely have their work cut out to bounce back from this I would have thought. Will time tell? I wonder.
  20. All you need to know is contained in the EULA that you agreed to prior to the purchase of your licence to lease the product/intangible property which you read and accepted by hitting the 'I agree, continue' tab. A short, general summary would be that by installing the product you have forfeited your right to a refund of your licence fees payable. If the above does not answer your question then yes, for more information specific to your circumstances you will need to contact official support as per the link provided.
