I have tried Procaff and it doesnt seem to work. Go to start, and in the search field put taskmgr.exe It will show you the file, right click and choose to run as admin Then start LOMAC, in task manager right click lockon.exe, and go to affinity, then choose a CPU. Since procaff doesnt work, it will be hard. What I havent tried yet, and I will later, is to run procaff as admin, that may be the problem.

If you are getting stutter, the PDF tells you how to manually set the duration value for the specific game. I forget what the default value is without it set, but it says in the manual. So if you are getting stutter, just manually set it below the default and try again.

Ahh, that would be good. Cause Lockonfiles already has everything. But then it would have to be in a format that the game could handle, it would have to rewrite the MEinit.xml and other files for the skins to show..... Lots of work if you ask me.

Its the video driver. Get the latest beta driver from guru3d.com I had the same issue, and it cleared up for me.

But you are comparing apples to oranges. IL2 is not LOMAC. Not only are the skins much larger, but also the code. I think for IL2 the skins are just unit insignia and such, so much smaller.

If you hit ctrl-m to bring up the chat, you can drag it up and down.

Yes good point, our 65nm technology wouldnt withstand EM shock very well, you would have to put a lot of engineering into shielding it, much more than what the Mil does now.

Well thats why I said try it. Its just a D3D to OpenAL converter, so I dont see why it shouldnt, but who knows. Give it a try, its just 2 files to add, so if it doesnt work you can just delete em. So I installed the ALchemy. Works like a charm. If you dont have creative, not sure maybe try it anyways? Small problem I have now. FPS seem better in Vista, when I get time I will try and do some comprehensive tests. But load management is different than XP. 1. Procaff doesnt work, so you have to change affinity manually. And you have to find taskmgr.exe then right click and choose to run as administrator, otherwise you cant change affinity. 2. Even with affinity set to single processor, I still get occasionally some micro stutters, without affinity set, its constant. Its not that bad actually and may have to do with the ALchemy thing. What i do notice is processor % is not pegged at 100% like in XP, so maybe when its dropping below 100% I get the stutter?

Yeah, I remember that being said somewhere else, oh about 3 months ago. So how many players have you gotten into the server yet? Just a thought too, may want to edit I think the network.lua? So that if each client is running 128/128, then 128x60=7680. Might help when the load does get high?

Well if they cant see em..... So each F22 fires 4 AMRAAMs. By the time they go active, considering they dont expect it coming.... not really enough time to react. Now I am not sure, but I am guessing AESA radar may help pick up those F22's, but from what I have read about the previous gen doppler pulse, its hard within visual.

When I saw the title, I was thinking F14....

With the russian aircraft its easier to see because they have a side slip indicator. You can bank an pull, but you will see the black ball move. To make a coordinated turn, you use rudder to keep that ball in the middle. Not that the use of its really necessary though.
