  1. LOL. As long as it is not same solution as in Il2 where the whole cockpit moves when you hit the limits. Personally I learn the limits of head movement available so I don’t end up with my head outside of the cockpit. Takes a while but even this bull headed type learns!
  2. I have had Jester call it out once or twice but I was in a rapid decent (no not shot down).
  3. I agree. I have no issues like in the video. Using Q3.
  4. There is a setting in, I think in the ‘gameplay’ or ‘misc’ tab that has an option to enable to show pilot body when available. Removing the selection disables the pilot body by default.
  5. Oke two tracks attached. One is a air start the other is a cold start. I found that Jester does not set his switches correct when on the ground with cold start. When I use the wheel when airborn he does do it correctly. Phantom chaffflare cold start.trk Phantom chaffflare air start.trk
  6. @Zabuzard will make a track. The behaviour I expect is that with Jester flares Off and the overwrite switch NOT on the flare postion that no flares should be launched. Mayby that assumption is wrong?
  7. I did notice when I tell Jester flares off and press the cm launch button that a single flare pops as well. I would expect no flares at all.
  8. True, and I do not mind a compromise. Have the Apache but haven’t flown it yet. Do have the F18 and F16 in those modules the pilot move also but I do not experience the body moving in front of your point of view.
  9. I disabled it. In VR it needs some work. The pilots head is not attached to his body . If you push the stick forward or left the body shifts and comes into view and blocks your view somewhat. It definitely braks immersion very badly.
  10. I had a single call yesterday.
  11. Not that it is helping you guys but for me the GBU8 is releasing fine. My stick is the Thrustmaster Warthog.
  12. Looking forward to a nice Corsair.
  13. Nice but could you show some pictures of the cockpit please?
  14. Not sure if this is it (not using this mod) but most mods are loaded in the ‘save games’ folder. You are installing in the main game directory.
  15. @Eber, I have an Index which is hard wired. So that should not be an issue.
  16. Hi @deadlyfishes, I have an issue with the CSAR script. Flying the Huey or the Hip I do not get a course needle with ADF. I can select the frequency and get the morse code but the needle doesn't move. I do not know if it is something with the mission, the script or DCS itself.
  17. Hey it is not midnight yet so….no broken promise yet! Still 12 hours to go here. Merry Christmas to all.
  18. If you mean, fix it so it passes IC than that is not going to happen until ED allows changed textures to pass or your favorite server allows for non original textures.
  19. Well as far as I am able to tell I did overfly the waypoint. I checked the F10 map and my plane icon was over waypoint 1 (scale makes it difficult to be certain). Furthermore Jester did switch to waypoint 2. So not over flying it does not seem to be the issue.
  20. @LucShep, I was wondering, does it matter how much VRAM you card has? Mine has only 8GB VRAM.
  21. Hello all, I have an issue with player flights. So I am the leader of a flight flying the F4E. It is a strike mission on a static object. After reaching the IP (waypoint 4) I order my wingmen to ‘attack primary and rejoin’. What happens is that my wingmen all return to waypoint 1. I noticed that on the F10 map the active waypoint remains 1 (has color red). Jester however reports waypoint reacted nicely in sequence so I do seem to hit them. Anyone know how to make the F10 waypoints advance in sequence?
  22. Hi @Miguel21, yes I do. I always follow the flightplan. Jester reports every waypoint and switches to the next just fine. On the F10 map it is just not recognised. Update: I just flew a Strike mission and here to my wingmen returned to waypoint 1. When engaged by SAM they ditched there payload as well. I believe they should not do that either.
  23. Yes, I can’t hit anything with the Shrike so no surprise there. The issue is more that the wingmen return to waypoint 1 when you give the command to ‘attack primary and rejoin’. I did find a workaround by ordering to attack air defenses.
  24. I am not sure if this is operator error, DCS issue or something you guys can address. I have been flying he F4E in the Iran-Irak campaign. Flying mostly Sead missions as the campaign is just started. When we reach the IP point I order my wingmen to ‘Attack primary and rejoin’. What happens immediately is that my wingmen start flying towards waypoint 1. Now I have noticed before that the waypoints on the F10 map never increment. The yellow dashed line always points to waypoint one. With previously run campaigns flying a Strike mission this was not an issue but I am wondering know. The Sead mission does not have concrete target to attack unlike a strike mission. Wondering if that causes my wingmen to return to waypoint 1. Any ideas?
