  1. I too am having this problem, which is disconcerting as I only just discovered how to disable take-off assist and auto-rudder. I had to learn how to take-off all over again, without the assists. Now I am having them forced on me. It does it on the training missions too. I think the problem was introduced in the last patch.
  2. Oh no! It looks as though you are right. There is a slider in the Special tab for take-off assistance and it was set to 100% I shall go and test it now. In the meantime, I have started a thread on the subject and now I look a huge tool. How do I delete a thread? :D
  3. This isn't the only problem with the rudder. I played multiplayer for the first time last night in the P-51D and was astonished to find how different the physics model, particularly rudder behaviour on takeoff etc is from the single-player game. Why on Earth is this the case? I love how much more realistic the multiplayer version is, but why lull people into a false sense of security with the much more simplified 'dumbed-down' version in single-player? Surely it'll just cause confusion in programming and implementation having two different models in work. Bizarre.
  4. The frame rate in mission 3 (the first bomber escort mission of BNBOB) slows to a crawl since the latest Open Beta update.
  5. ...Sadly it's still not fixed :(
  6. No mention of this being corrected in the latest patch notes. No mention of it being a 'Known Issue' either. Loading now, hoping for the best...

  8. The popping sound remains, post Open Beta 2.5.6.44266
  9. This screenshot is taken today and is of the 3rd mission in your Campaign. Two AI trucks on the taxiway and the AI Mustangs crash into them. The last ED changelog for the Open Beta mentions 'fixing' parking etc in the BNBOB Campaign, but clearly there's still a problem:
  10. Thank you very much Reflected. I am loving your Campaign by the way. Great work  Here's hoping you will do another WWII based campaign once the new Normandy map and WWII assets are updated/released. What is typically the release timeframe for updates you've provided to ED? I notice your post regarding the update was on 21st Feb 2020.
  11. Ref: Blue Nosed Bastards Campaign - P-51 Mustang Is anybody else experiencing what sounds like a badly misfiring engine spluttering sound when sitting at the airfield at the start of a mission? Aircraft and ground assets are also now misplaced/mistimed at commencement, thus AI crash into each other. Needless to say this makes the Campaign somewhat unplayable. The new lighting etc is stunning though and I am getting good frame rates.
  12. Is there any way to play Nevada (single-player - KA-50) since 2.5? I spent 40 odd bucks on the map and now I can't play it. Are there any community made missions, training or otherwise?
  13. I have set the avionics language to English for the KA-50, but it is stubbornly staying in Russian. Wtf?
  14. Thank you very much Abburo
  15. As it is the game uses only two axis of the mouse to look around. The mouse wheel simulates the Z axis by zooming in and out. The EDtracker shows-up as an input device in the game, but does not allow you to bind to the view axis. I wonder if it's possible to change a config file or something. The DCS UI is getting quite old.
  16. EDTracker is an open-sourced 3 Axis head-tracking kit (http://edtracker.org.uk/). I would like to assign the two of the three axis to the view Axis in DCS world. The game is set-up so that the mouse has sole control and I am unable to bind the EDTracker to the different view axis. Can anybody help?
