  6. Just tried the instant mission (dogfight). Reflections are baked and depending on the background it can be very hard to keep your eyes on the bandit. I´m not even sure if he was there on the 3rd screen or if he had dropped under my nose for a sec.
  7. Think, this is already around for ages. Workaround --> just bind the function (Signal Starter Crew) to a key and it will work. Maybe put it into the mission description. Not sure if there was a bug report regarding this issue.

  10. Substance Painter is standalone - so it runs on its own and isn't a plugin. Haven't used Quixel 2 that much because it constantly crashes on me. Also Substance Painter can be combined with Substance Designer. So if you also wanna paint 3d meshes these tools are certainly worth a look. For creating liveries you should be fine with Photoshop. You'd just need to look up on the new PBR channels also used in DCS now. I think there should be a guide somewhere in the forums.

  13. My guess - (hopefully) it will just take a little longer to be available in other countries / regions. Could order from UK but I´ll just wait a little longer to see if it will be available from amazon.de as well.

  15. I'd rather have a few more "simpler" planes in the foreseeable future than one fully fledged out module once every few years. And if I understand Yoyo correctly it is possible that these planes get the full "Treatment" if well received.
  16. uff .. mal sehen. Vielleicht leg ich mir dann mal ne 1070 oder so zu .. sollte vorerst eigentlich reichen, da ich eh nur mit 1920x1080 unterwegs bin. Ein Leistungsschub zur 970 sollte auf alle Fälle spürbar sein :D
  17. Yeah, wasn't it always "No compromise of realism for accessibility"? Especially the reason that was given. There are many things in an aircraft that I can't feel in a sim .. so where does it stop? Lets "soften" stall behavior, black outs, etc etc next??? Please give us the old ground physics back and implement the new ones along auto-rudder and take off assistance as an option.

  21. Under which circumstances does it require rudder now? Everything is doable with brakes only. Even take-off with unlocked tailwheel ... Auto-Rudder: 0 TO Assistance: 0 Rudder-Trim: 0 Aileron-Trim: 0

  25. After recognizing a strange ground behavior in the 109 and also reading a topic on the forums about it I made a short video to demonstrate. Somehow it seems that the tires lost their friction - or too much of it. You can basically drift on the ground (concrete) with the 109 now and it is very hard to dip a wing onto the ground in extreme conditions. Haven´t tried it "offroad". This was tested with the latest patch and with unlocked tailwheel - Beta (2.5.2.20143) It was the instant action "Take-Off" - sorry I have no .trk file of it. Can someone try to recreate and confirm if this is a bug or not? Thanks in advance!
