We also had a server running with an escort mission but most of the players didn´t even bother to rendezvous with the bombers and most of the fights went down on deck. And then people were complaining that they weren´t able to find other players ... so some time later the mission was changed.

There are also people who are using some kind of screenshot macro as soon as you start shooting them .. Or people who are flying through the trees to get away .. :mad:

Haven´t really done anything in 3ds Max and / or game related so I thought I´ll give it a try. Low / High Poly in Max and textured in Substance Painter. Think I´ll do one or 2 more tutorials to get better into Max and then I´ll make something on my own.

I suggest you go with the release version of 1.5.x then - most of the servers are available there and also every plane is available.

You can go full throttle without any problems - but as already mentioned make sure that MW50 is activated. I do this as part of my startup routine. MW50 will only bei used if you go full power to 1.8ata. Should "E" by default. Otherwise watch your speed so that you don´t get to slow during maneuvering and if you are flying with manual prop pitch watch your RPMs.

There are a few possibilities. You are on manual prop Pitch - set your pitch to 12 o clock for TO and watch your RPM. Dont let it go over 3000. Adjust the pitch / throttle accordingly. You are going full power without activating MW50. Your engine isnt warmed up - watch your oil pressure before TO. Dont know the exact number yet but there are 2 arrows on the gauge indicating the range within which the oil pressure should be.

I´m sure there are plenty who´d enjoy a Stuka in DCS. I´ve already had a lot of fun flying a Stuka in BoX although I got shot down pretty often. I´ve even taken out a Yak who didn´t seem to take me serious :D Every WWII module adds to the whole picture and more and more interesting missions / scenarios will be possible. So why even think about it? Should we get a Stuka or not? It´s a no-brainer really ..

So is it still coming? Was there an announcement already?

Modules are already activated if you install 2.0 and / or Beta. So no need for another activation.

You need to download it in the Sim via the module manager - you can find it on top next to the options.

I hope they get rid off the sound radar - it´s just really annoying if you sneak up on someone who doesn´t see you but breaks away in the last moment because he can hear you. I can´t imagine that it would be that hard to find a solution for the problem.

Der Horizont ist in der aktuellen Version buggy und funktioniert nicht richtig. Gibt auch ein Topic im Bugforum dazu.

Hm .. habs jetzt 2x probiert in der Cold Start Mission und ist beide male sofort angesprungen. Beim 2. Versuch hab ich sogar das Primen weggelassen und den Throttle hab ich da auch nicht geöffnet. Die Trainingsmission hab ich jetzt auch versucht - und auch hier springt die Mühle an. Wobei es in der Trainingsmission doch ne Weile dauert. Hast schon versucht, die Groundcrew nochmal anzufunken, dass die nochmal ankurbeln und nochmal zu starten? In einer Version kann ich mich erinnern, hab ich das öfter machen müssen - da hats 3-4 Versuche gebraucht. Ansonsten versuch mal die Instant Action Cold Start und schau, obs da anspringt - normalerweise sollte es schon funktionieren.

Versuch den Starter länger zu ziehen. Hab seit dem letzten Update das Gefühl, als würde die Mühle schwerer anspringen. Ab und zu scheint es bei mir auch gar nicht zu funktionieren - da nehm ich dann immer ein neues Flugzeug (habs im SP aber noch nicht getestet)
