  1. Not sure about the A-8 but for the 109 there is an option for trim tabs. Check out if they are set in the special options. Could be that the A-8 has a trim tab set/installed by default and it doesn´t have an option for it.
  2. I just tried the tutorial mission and I had no problems at all. Have you checked your control bindings to see if you have any double bindings which might cause trouble?
  3. Nice story IronMike :D
  4. Are you flying with manual prop pitch and going above 3000rpm / using boost without activating MW50? When does your engine die? What are you doing before the engine dies? A little more information would be helpful.
  5. Looking good - makes a great way to practice certain procedures.
  6. Could you maybe Upload a video with control overview enabled so we can See what is going on? Gesendet von meinem ONEPLUS A6013 mit Tapatalk
  7. The 109 might not be the easiest to handle but overall it is a real nice warbird - I am sure if you put some dedication and practice into it you will like her. The allied planes I find much more comfortable / luxurious when it comes to flying.
  9. Looking good - thanks! Gesendet von meinem ONEPLUS A6013 mit Tapatalk
  10. It is really annoying and one might think that developers would take this point into consideration after it already came up so many times. I just hope that there will be something done about it because even though refraction itself isn't really an option there are compromises which can be reached modeling wise. 11. Lock the tailwheel by pulling the stick all the way back. Slowly throttle up and keep the stick back and a bit right till you reach ~100kmh - also use rudder inputs Bring the stick back into center to lift the tail and work with your rudder - once you reach take off speed gently pull back. You can also look up some tutorials from the 190D as it is pretty much the same.
  12. Thx - must have missed that info. So, 2 weeks then :cry_2:
  13. No word on the damage model? Was hoping to see it with the A-8 :´(
  14. Gesendet von meinem ONEPLUS A6013 mit Tapatalk
  15. Will the new cooling system release with the A-8?
  16. Haha .. nicely done :D Was a joy watching it!
  17. Haven't tried it yet - will give it a shot tomorrow.
  18. Some "next level" FFB implementation for sure would be really nice! +1
  19. Is the Max shot rendered? You might wanna check out smoothing groups in Max and work with hard / soft edges. It's not an easy topic to describe so maybe best search for some tutorials on smoothing groups / hard / soft edges.
  20. You sure about that? And btw - I would buy an Emil, Friedrich, Gustav ... even though I already have the K4 and the D9.
  21. There are none actual HOTAS systems / sticks with FFB unfortunately. You´d have to get a used MS Sidewinder FFB 2 or a Logitech G940 HOTAS (not sure though how good it is). Love my FFB2 :joystick::pilotfly:
  22. Just an idea - haven't tried it though. Have you tried to print the website as PDF? No idea though how the layout would look like.
  23. Sounds great - keep it up!
  24. I don´t quite get you - you can´t compare a modern aircraft like F-18 with the 109 in regards of force needed to deflect the stick. There is so much technology and hydraulics to help in modern aircraft which weren´t present in planes like the 109. Or do you think about something else?
