Dude, are you serious? Every squadron need a server unless they want to play only 5 player missions... There are a lot of servers ,in our fighter wing we have 2 phisical servers and 5 DCS server istances running. It cost more than 60 euros per month to rent a server with windows licence and HW req. for DCS... Imagine how many more server will be with a DCS server on linux... Just like you I don't know how hard can it be to make a porting but it will be a good thing.

Dude... People ho buy this game fly on servers. A DCS server version compatibile with Linux would be great because, for exemple, It would cost a lot less to rent a server because you won't need ti pay for Windows server licence...

Hi, I'll try to explain my problem, I don't say it is a bug, but it is making me crazy. So, I have an X-52 Pro, and I've set one of the throttle rotaries as Radar ANT elevation. The problem is that when I pull or push the axis I have to bring it back to the center manually every time... To be more confortable, it should work just like the TGP zoom axis that zooms incrementally without the need of bringing it back to the center to stop zooming in and out.. I understand this is made intentionally maybe because IRL F-16 has a switch that come back to center when released but i'm still looking for a good configuration of this function in my X-52 Pro. Hope there is a solution. Thanks

The process has been trasparent from the beginning, so ED did it right. If some people get over-excited when ED announce an update it's not an ED fault.

Yes, maybe somtimes it's easy to reproduce a bug and even a stupid idiot can make it without a trk. But, if they ask for it, if there is a rule or a guide line, maybe there are also reasons for it. Maybe you don't know the reason or maybe you don't understand it, but you can show some respect to these guys anyway and trust they can do their job well and if they ask a trk you give 'em the damn trk.

Yes but, what are the real conseguences of making a 4 minutes alignment instead of an 8 minutes alignment??? I was not able to get it... Also, is the Stored Heading mode working correctly right now? It seems it works just like normal align but it's faster, but sometimes the alignment process stop without motivation... Can someone explain how all this works? The ED F-16 guide is not really helpfull at this time.
