  1. I experienced the same, with the D's. I made a mission with a truck driving on a road, winter Caucasus. It wouldn't lock in point mode. However, after I switched the mav screen from whot to bhot and vice versa, I could get a lock on the moving target.. Furthermore zooming out a bit (so not completely zoomed in) seemed to help..
  2. In the HUD, below the airspeed, you can normally see "RO" or required airspeed to target, if setup. I noticed a "PM" there today... can't find that in the manual, or I'm looking at the wrong place.. anybody?
  3. A-10C is, in my opinion, still the best ánd most attractive plane in terms of handling all the systems. Besides that, it somehow makes sense, it's a logical plane... I practiced and practiced the startup of the KA and other vehicles but somehow I can't seem to remember it, while I startup the Hog "with my eyes closed". Ofcourse because I spend 99% of my airtime in the Hog. Love it. And really, really hope, PRAY, that 2.5 lighting will be corrected ASAP because night missions are almost impossible right now... :-(
  4. Not to my knowledge. It remembers last state and doesn't respond to changes made in another SOI. As far as I'm concerned, it just stays on last mode, and when you make TGP SOI again it's going to respond to changes you made after that, not before that. It's sort of a "passive" switch, i.e. it only gives commands to the SOI of that moment when you alter the state of the switch. No altering = no change..
  5. When you have your Mav as SOI, the boat switch changes the MAV cross from white to black and vv. Only when you have the TGP as SOI, it will have effect on the TGP.
  6. Here it is, everything I want: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=195480
  7. Looks promising; will try tonight!! And tnx! **EDIT**: superb!! Really happy, THIS is what I want!!
  8. Skatezilla's utility does it's job for en/disabeling VR. However: if I start without VR, I want the settings I can run: most of em on high. If I start DCS with Skatezilla's utility, with VR enabled, it still uses that setting.. Is there some way to make shortcuts so I can start VR with minimal settings, and without VR with max settings??
  9. I noticed that too, good job ED! Finally a good usable FLIR/TGP.
  10. Doesn't work for me either; I click on the dcs.exe file and it just doesn't show up in the menu...
  11. Goto settings, controls, and in the left pulldown menu where you can choose an aircraft, go down to UI layer. You can set mouse, vr zoom, etc...
  12. Tnx. (could only find options.lua in the config dir, but guess that will be it..)
  13. Where can I find those files? Location of FXO files is known, but where are the metashader files and the options.lua? (just to be sure I don't delete something in the wrong place..)
  14. What did you do, just copy the /config folder somewhere, then delete the whole saved game dir, and after running DCS copy config folder back again? (as I presume you don't want to setup all inputs again..)?
  15. Yes, I know, but want to make shortcuts myself.. strange it worked on 2.2 and not anymore on 2.5..
  16. Seems this isn't working anymore in the 2.5 OB?
  17. Quick question, in the 1.5 and 2.2 version there was a possibility to make a shortcut with "--force_disable_VR" so you could start the game without VR when you're rift was detected. However, when I add this to the new shortcuts, it gives me "invalid command". Anyone tried this and perhaps a fix?
  18. I've been looking everywhere, but when I open the controls menu and scroll down, lowest thing I see is zoom option; where can I find that UI option you mention?
  19. After testing a DK2 about two years ago (and I LOVED DCS on it...) I recently bought a CV1. Immersion is as I remembered; really great. I do have a question though. I would like to map left-mouse click to the little pan-control button on the TMWH throttle (the one you use to steer the A-10C TGP). Is there a way to do that? In that way I could easily look around in the cockpit and just press that little button for a left-mouse click... Oh, and another one... is it possible to make two shortcuts, one for DCS with, and one for DCS without VR?
  20. Good to know, tnx Scott. Leaves us with the saturated green text (on MFCD's etc); it that also reported? Or something not recognized yet?
