  1. Very nice flying MBot! What controls do you use? I'm slowly getting the hang of it, but picking up, dropping cargo, is not yet as smooth. FPS also seems to have an impact. Made some graphics changes, now I have higher frame rates and can more finely control the Huey. Thinking of buying the Komodo cyclic next. Rudder atm is MFG crosswind. What setup are you flying with Eight Ball?

Again, almost no corrections needed. [ame= ] [/ame] I saw a couple of so-called good take-offs in DCS, but they are definitely not the same as RL examples, much less stable and smooth imo. I can't believe RL pilots would say current state is realistic. Yes in some regimes she flies nice, and she's nimble like the real one, but the flight model definitely needs more work! You can do it Polychop!

  8. Yes, it feels that way. Hope BST corrects this. Out of all the modules, I like flying the Huey most.

  10. @Levelpulse, How hard has it been to get the shape of the A-4 right? I remember reading a post not too long ago on the Leatherneck F-14 thread where someone pointed out an issue with the shape/proportion, and Cobra responding that there was indeed more refining to do, and that they had already remodeled some parts because they weren't accurate enough.
  11. Everything seems to work fine now, and it sounds great, but I did run into a problem with one mission (tried with a couple of others and bug did not appear). Starting up, the sound file 'Skullz_Custom_Engine_START' (I think) stutters (like rapid on and off switching). Perhaps also 'Skullz_Custom_Engine' sound. Tried deleting targets in the mission, placing the Huey on another airfield, no luck so far. Sound file still stutters. Mission is of no importance, but perhaps you can find something which causes this, and relates to other issues (mp missions, ...) Thank you for an amazing sound mod!!!   12. No, don't have it on. But perhaps it's also because of flight regime (few posts back) I can definitely hear the rotors above 80 kts, harder maneuvers ...

  20. One more video showing of procedural generation in Elite Dangerous: [ame= ] [/ame] How great would it be to have this technology in EDGE. Lighting, scale, number of objects, etc. are all great in EDGE, though fine geometry detail of the maps could be improved imo. Shadows would benefit from this as well. Perhaps it's time for a kickstarter? :) If succesfull, ED could hire the coders behind Frontier Development's Horizon update/Cobra engine and update EDGE with this technology, shouldn't be that hard. :D I wouldn't mind paying a hundred dollars or more to fund such an update/add-on. The tech behind Horizons was done by just two people I believe. [ame= ] [/ame]
