  2. Open the mission file in 7zip, in the .miz find the file named ”mission”. Open that and find all instances of skill, find and change all to your preferred value.
  3. The LAU-117 should be moved down a bit since the weapon station mounts are clipping through the model. The circular plates should be resting flat on the top of the LAU-117. Real world reference:
  4. I have been given the honor of sharing Daza7's LAU-131 A/A with you guys, and here it is! Made from scratch and using a multitude of reference photos this is a highly accurate representation of the Arnold Defence extended length LAU-131 A/A, most notably used as a launch platform for APKWS.   5. Tried a long repair and deleted saved games folder with no change.
  6. Weird. I had all mods disabled when recording the track. I’ll do a repair and get back to you.
  7. I've never had it occur on a "bad start" after long play. Meaning, when I get a start that doesn't produce this washout it has never started producing it after playing for several hours (max I think is 6 hours).
  8. When loading the gun with HEI at mission start the rounds fall short of the CCIP. It seems as if the CM aimpoint is calculated. Changing the ammo type to CM and back to HEI in IFFCC resolves the issue. HEI_CCIP_Miss.trk

  11. Ok, so it even exists in the game already, we just can't use it. ED please (I bet you've never heard that before) could we please just get this fuse model instead? The one we have now is never used on the GBU-38 and even though this one may have different characteristics, like better penetration of hard targets, it doen’t make the bomb a penetrator so it wouln’t be incorrect to have the conical nose plug modeled on the GBU-38.   15. Of course! Once again you come with the solution to all my issues! I just replace the lod with the closest one and the issue is gone. I swear to god you are community asset #1. If anyone else is bothered by this just rename a copy of "A-10CII_L00.EDM" to "A-10CII_L01.EDM" and replace it in CoreMods/aircraft/A-10/Shapes
  16. Would I need to replace the model only or create a whole new weapon?
  17. There is some kind of glitch or shift in the model as the camera moves away from the plane that skews the 3D model or textures. It is not noticeable on a plane without nose art, but on all planes with nose art the textures get skewed and weird.

  20. Is it possible to export and import data to and from a file? I’m trying to make a simple counter of units killed stay persistant between mission.
  21. When I start DCS I run a test to see if the FLIR is washed out, if it is I exit DCS and remove metashaders and fxo folders and restart DCS and see if it works. Sometimes I have to do this multiple times. It usually takes between 15 and 30 minutes to get a good ”start”.
