Foolish question but if one is in cruise all trimmed and on holds and then rapidly need to turn to a new course should we should disengage the holds then physically hold the trim down as we maneuver and then release to re-trim onto a steady course?

I'm flying VR and the green miniature hud data projected extends beyond the outline of the round monocle. Is there a way to shrink the mini-hud projection to better fit?

Anyone know if the weight went up or down on the S-8s in the May open beta update? I would think they would be reduced.

At the end of December 2022 they are still going ballistic and 1/4 of the time BEHIND my tomcat after launch. I'm using the current open beta.

Having a strange problem with the building textures at Nellis AFB.

Months ago in a pervious version I could get the Co-pilot gunner AI interface to come up nicely and now I can't. Is this a bug? Edit: No matter. For some reason the interface could not be mapped to certain button on my warthog. Weird.

Flew last night and the problem is gone. It think old data stays in the system between missions; I have seen that before. Even switching maps data from damage of a previous flight (even if a different module) can linger. Once again - no idea how the misalignment happened but at least it has reset itself.

Been flying the hind for months... this has never happened before.

Then why is it that it persists between different missions?

I don't know what I did but Petrovich is spotting targets with the spiral missiles but the targeting cross is not aligned with the actual target. Petrovich will launch the missile but it will fly over the target and hit where the cross is rather than the target. Keep in mind I am not flying as the gunner but the AI is handling the AT-6 missiles. I've never seen this behavior before. The problem remains between different missions.

I am so excited about improving performance. Any news at all on this topic?

Is there a key to toggle recording tracks on/off? Since short tracks have the best fidelity being able to manually start and stop recording may help. ????

They have to finish the module before completing the manual.

Anyone mind troubleshooting my cold-start checklist? I am getting generator failure as soon as I get into the air.

I noticed that the infrared bafflers on the engine exhausts were showing up in gameplay a few weeks ago flying missions but have hence disappeared. Is there a toggle somewhere to get them onto my Hind?

Will this campaign be coming to steam?????
