  1. Navigation lights can be switched on without electric power.
  2. I think you should add it.
  3. Probably related to that, outer elevons move when pressing wheelbrakes, if the SPAK is on.
  4. Devs confirmed that there will be an English cockpit later on.
  5. Good old dead reckoning.
  6. +1 Ideally, devs shouldn't even have to write the manual, they should throw the real manual at as and say "This is how you fly the plane!" :D It seems the Viggen is pretty close. Sorry for off topic.
  7. ^ You forgot to turn the radar on. :D
  8. Thanks! And welcome to the forum... :D
  9. The only reason for needing the QFE that comes to my mind is that the computer does not take pitch angle into account. But I find this very unlikely.
  10. +1 for seat adjustment. Unlike the viewpoint set by keys, proper seat adjustment doesn't reset every time you re-center the view. There's also the immersion factor - you press the switch and hear a slight buzzing/humming sound as your seat moves. Like a boss... :D
  11. Perhaps I was just lucky, but before I knew there are two versions of missiles, I put the player's RB-15 on AI, and it worked. :D
  12. Indeed I was using the wrong ones . Thanks for pointing that out. After I put the proper AI missiles, they do not appear on the planes (like Asgar mentioned above). The AI does act like it's pressing the attack (despite apparently without missiles), until the DCS crashes. Logs and mission attached. The mission is a simple one, with two AI, 300m in front of the player, on a course towards some ships, 30-35km away. dcs.zip viggen_antiship_test2.miz
  13. Thanks! How is it pronounced? Like English "from", except for the "m" ofc?
  14. I think you can change it, edit your first post and click Go Advanced button (next to Save).
  15. Great
  16. Why? All you have to know is that Till = On, F<something> = OFF. Print out the warnings, and that's all the Swedish you need to know to be able to fly the plane. :D
  17. Flyable JA37 will probably not going to happen in foreseeable future, if ever, but I'd very much like to see the AI one. We need some proper escorts. :D
  18. It is. Yep.
  19. AI can't use the RB-04. I've set up a waypoint some 30km from target, 250m altitude, with Attack group order. Viggens turn around and RTB with the missiles attached. Can someone confirm? There's a chance I'm doing something wrong, although I had success with AI launching RB-05 and -15. ** edit ** My original issue was caused by my own mistake of using player's version of missiles for AI. After using the proper RB-04 missiles for the AI, I found that they do not appear on the plane, and cause DCS to crash. Logs and mission attached below, post #4.
  20. Compressor stall.
  21. I also don't have 3-pos switch, I've mapped them to separate buttons. To make the manual fix, turn the radar off, press T1 before overflying the position (waypoint indicator changes from B to E). When above the position press Tv. disclaimer: I have only done this once :D
  22. Glad it works for you :). That's pretty much my standard setup, with some exceptions.
  23. Curvatures work fine for me, I've set 25 for roll, pitch and rudder, there's definitely a difference.
