I was hoping for this to be supported in UltraMFCD - since that would be the most convenient way. But there has been different things delaying this. So I'm interested as well in any good solution for this. It is a waste having a second monitor for the instruments (Icarus) if you can't have the radar there as well...

Well, when having the fastest plane around it would make sense, since everybody else would be behind you :music_whistling:

I did some temporary panels and indicators, but the project was cancelled as soon as I heard about a Viggen coming to DCS. Eventually I will build somehting for that aircraft, but life happend (kids, other hobbies etc) so there hasn't been any build yet. However I have started to collect the needed hardware so perhaps in the future... In this thread there are some information and pictures of what I did for the MIG 21: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=158088

I updated to 2.5 a few days ago and I also experience freezes every time I play, both in Normandy (Spitfire) and Caucasus (Viggen). Sometimes I can fly for a long time, sometimes just a few minutes. The picture freezes but the sound is still on. Nothing happens and no response what so ever from DCS. I installed the latest drivers through Geforce experience but I had a terrible frame drop from 60 to 20 fps, so I rolled back the old driver (2017-Oct something) right away. So, what should I look for in the logs? What information is of interest for the troubleshooting?

Why would you as a VR user want to export something to a another monitor? Not trying to be rude, just curious. Perhaps I misunderstood your question. It would be really awesome with an updated version of UltraMFCD with support for more modules and a network client. Having both Ikarus and that on a second PC would be great. I also want to say that your software and the support of it is great, even with some limits in documentation and functionality. What it can do it does in a good way. Loved Ikarus since day one and I have never looked back (i.e Helios)

Never heard about that before... Strange. A bug?

Looking for: MFD Cougar (single or pack)
BravoYankee4 replied to sharkfin61's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
I'm in Sweden and have two Cougar MFD's that I will never use anymore (building a Viggen cockpit) and they are for sale within EU. -

Case II landing - check out the throttle movement
BravoYankee4 replied to Bullant's topic in Military and Aviation
Well, the Automatic (Fart ;) ) Speed Control in the Viggen isn't that bad after all then when you see other pilots jerking their equipment like maniacs :) -

By the way, do you have any good source for information about the MJOY16 in english? -
Simplified A10-C front panel

Nice. Adding two 8" monitors would do it perfect :) -
By the way. In that video the speaker says that the pilots (Capt. Käck & Bäckström) used to fly jets at the F15 wing before converting to helo. The speaker says "jaktpiloter/fighter pilots" but as far as I know F15 had AJ 37's...

Chances of getting a mid 1990's JA 37D
BravoYankee4 replied to Freeroamer's topic in DCS: AJS37 Viggen
Well the RM8B engine is quite different from the RM8A, and re-designed with the compressor stalls in mind. -
It would be really awesome if we could get a chopper with Heatblur standard in DCS, and if it would be a Boeing Vertol 107 / CH-46 I would buy it instantly :) I know this is more a "wish" post than a speculation... but seeing this video I can't help my self from posting ;) Please ignore the comments and statements of thw wrong name/model etc. and enjoy the pilot and aircraft performance :)

Viggen documentation (flight manuals, etc)
BravoYankee4 replied to renhanxue's topic in DCS: AJS37 Viggen
Retrodatorer säljes/köpes/bytes (C64, ZX, MSX, ATARI, AMIGA mfl) is the name of that group. The posting was about someone that got a lot of old documentation from Datasaab, IBM etc. I will check what happened with that then. -
Viggen documentation (flight manuals, etc)
BravoYankee4 replied to renhanxue's topic in DCS: AJS37 Viggen
Is it the CK manual that surfaced in the Facebook retro computer group? Anyway, yes, I'm interested in it. -
Interesting... I have experienced that also and couldn't understand why my plane always crashed in the replays. Hopefully it get fixed, since if it isn't on Youtube it didn't happen ;)

Speaking of lights, will there be Taxi and landing lights?

Great. Could you please sum it up with some details?

Digital camo livery confirmed

Thanks rubylight. This will be a good starting point for my future cockpit/panel build :)
-
Nice. Any details about the multi stage trigger?
-
Really nice. Do you have any link to that ebay seller? By the way, there is DCS-Bios support for our beloved Viggen, however not an official version. Haven't got the time to test it myself yet but I will start building some panels after x-mas. https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3315180&postcount=42
