  1. Hi @Feukair Pri refers to Primary or Radio 1. Aux refers to auxiliary or Radio 2. So push Pri3 would mean channel 3 on the primary or radio 1. Push Aux 1 would mean channel 1 on the Auxiliary or radio 2. For refuel and traps on the ABE you use the DCS radio menu. Ensure you use the correct button to call up the menu as there is one for Radio 1 And another for Radio 2, all explained in the briefs. Hope this helps
  2. Hey @sterny70 Just got back and checked out mission 2. All working Matrix follows as scripted. Apparently there was a DCS bug which stopped AI aircraft already in an orbit breaking and following as scripted. This fixed in last DCS update so you should have no problems now.
  3. Thanks @sterny70 Will take a look when I get back. There has been a lot of recent DCS changes to the ‘follow’ script which might be to blame. So mission 1 was ok?
  4. Hi @sterny70 unfortunately am away from my rig for two weeks so cannot check things out. Will check as soon as I get back. Sounds like a new DCS bug as obviously worked until now. Where does he go? He will normally get airborne before you and should hold in an orbit until you are airborne. Thanks.
  5. Hi @ravenclaw1234 Let me know how you get on. I am away from my rig for a couple of weeks, but if your still have an issue send me the track of your flight. so I can see what is happening and I can check we do not have a new bug. You don’t have to bind the correct keyboard button to the Hotas to work. If I remember, when you return to the ABE you will need to select radio 1 (pri) when you are told to in the dialogue . You will know this has been done correctly as your character will say he has changed to the ABE. You also then need to bring up the radio menu using the correct control for radio 1 as in your settings.
  6. Hi @ravenclaw1234 There are three different bindings to call up the radio menu. One for on the ground, a second for in the air using Radio 1 and a third for in the air using radio 2. You can get these bindings under the controls menu under HOTAS. Look for COMM 1 and COMM2 bindings to bring up radio menu. If you do not use the correct one you will still get the menu up but will not get a response. Have noted this in the brief. Is this your issue?

  11. Hey @connos Just checked it out. You are correct ED seems to have changed the missile shoot range. Fixed it now and will be in next update. Thanks for the heads up.
  12. Hey @flyingtom Thanks for the kind words, glad your enjoying them, that’s what it’s all about. Fly them in order and the story will progress through them all, they will also become more and more demanding.

  17. Hey @Shurik75 Thanks for the kind words. Glad you enjoyed. Got one or two ideas but still not fixed on one. Any ideas? Will definitely consider adjusting the bandits in Ace level only.
  18. OK @flyingtom could be a misstep somewhere along the line or a strange ED bug. Mission scripting must still be good though otherwise it wouldn't work at all. If you ever get problems make sure you copy the track and send to me so I can check what the issue is. Thanks and enjoy.

  20. Hey @flyingtom Glad you got through the mission, can be a bit of a trial. Serpent’s Head 2 is the next campaign in the series, followed by Rise of the Persian Lion then Rise of the Persian Lion 2 and finally Operation Green Line. They all have a continuous plot line and will get more difficult as you progress through them, ideal for getting you more and more accomplished with the Hornet. Enjoy.
  21. Hi @Shurik75 Glad you got mission 9 beat. Unfortunately I don’t believe, at the moment, that the save mission proposed by ED will work with a fully scripted and voiced campaign. Thanks for the tracks have looked at both. Noticed that on fifth attempt you selected novice rather than leave it at Veteran. This is exactly why i introduced selection of the enemy abilities. It allows you to set what sort of challenge you want. Regarding the bombing I would recommend approaching at 1000 ft agl and use CCIP not AUTO. You can see exactly where they will land, you need to be aware though of the strong cross wind and so the HUD aim point will be way off to the left. Any stuttering is a system issue and not a campaign issue. The triggers are not going to cause stuttering at least not on repeating basis there just is not enough of them. I run the first track and then viewed it through Tacview to check height. The Tanker is showing as following a smooth line. Looking at the track looks like PIO. Would recommend never looking at the basket and fly visually in formation with tanker only, locating basket in your peripheral vision only. Tanking also a lot harder in the turn. Checked out the wing keeping with you right up to trap. Looks like the wing is not accepting the given instruction to divert. Think there is a current ED bug regarding this command. Have made a few adjustments but need more testing. Thanks for picking this up. Let you know how i get on. Well done, now mission 10.
