  5. But then which thing is the parking brake behaviour linked to? RPM, throttle position, thrust...? Independently of the temperature, RPM are RPM and if the brake is supposed to disconnect at about 85% RPM, why would it disconnect at different RPM?

  7. A different thing is g tolerance, which I also think should be better, among other things due to the seat design. About pure performance, Im not an expert by any means, but I can sustain turns with the hornet at sea level without even using AB that doesnt seem to be accurate according to real life stuff, knowing that the viper has plenty of data material I would assume that the viper actually is the one being accurate. Just with the naked eye, it behaves extremely close to videos and stuff. Of course it will never be perfect but I really feel like the F16 has the best FM in a moder fighter jet to date in dcs.
  8. I think that the viper has probably the best FM in DCS, I would say that other planes are performing too good, just imho.
  9. tried to make a track for this...however, after watching it, micropauses were not happening in the same spots or not happening at all so I guess it is something not reproducible. After reverting to 442.59 drivers, it seems to run smoother and, although I cant confirm it, previous drivers (latest) could be the problem...will try to post again when I have looked into this closely.

Update to v1.1 alredy available. v1.1: -Added the missing logos over air intake sides (special thanks to DonJosh and his wife for helping me with this) -Minor adjustments and added some little pieces detailed weathering like EPU exhaust. ***To install update, simply drop the folder over the old one and override. Bye!!

  12. I will try to add a track, not easy to reproduce though as this is not something you do that leads to the stutter(apparently) so not sure how to capture the problem. All I can say is: -it only happens in the viper (at least to me). It was extremely bad in previous patches (it was acknowledged by ed) and greatly improved after the patch that was supposed to fix it. However seeing that it only happens in the viper and has a similar behaviour than before, I mean it happens when MANEUVERING the plane, I think it is quite safe to say it is the same issue not completely fixed. -it happens in SP too -I have the autoexec with the hotplug dissabled. -no other apps opened. -tested witha and without mods.

  14. Both...are you sure? There is a stutter/micro pause here and there when maneuvering it. Asked to other dcs users in my sq and all experience the same.

  16. After a couple of updates, the extreme stutter/micro pauses in the viper were improved but not solved completely. I still experience heavy stuttering or even micro pauses when maneuvering it, especially when rolling the aircraft.

Nice screens guys!, thanks for the support!:) It is not an error, it is due to the way the dynamic numbers work in the viper (mentioned it in the download description)...numbers are written over a little plane a few inches away of the surface so they make that effect when anything is under that plane. Also, they can look misaligned at certain angles even though they are not...it is the way it is, I know, it is a pity but I disabled all the dynamic numbers as much as I could so Im afraid this is something only ED can fix. Btw, wing pylons are not final until proper template, also fuel tanks. EDIT:you are right, it is an error...although the problem with the dynamic numbers is still there I made a mistake with the number in the loin...will correct inmediately. Sorry!
  21. great!, maybe you could send me some of the air intake logos for a future version :) btw, yeah, I found a picture of the tail numbers modded to make it read as "bob" :lol: ...at first I was going to make it in the skin, but then I though that wasnt really representative of it so didnt do it.
