Just created one under "Create Fast Mission" with a JTAC on VHF FM Radio Two. Works well so far. Contacting JTAC ok, but reply was just " No further tasking available, good job, you may depart" Strange, but no other bug showed up. btw. no chance to save the mission, only track is possible.

I think it`s time to get the ability to park the jet backwards, the way AI is doing it. When player parks on an elevator he is standing ther forever until lucklly an AI enters it and makes the thing go down. But then the player looks foolish because there is no way to act and drive into the ship. Please ED give us a way to act more realistic on the carrier. One possibility I see is the following: After landing on the carrier, lifting the hook , folding the wings and leaving the "runway", you press a special key (or a combination) and the player turns into AI, which is driving the rest and parking with the butt in the right direction.

As far as I know, you can have repair only on an airfield of your calition. So if you land on neutral it won`t work.

Frage: Gehen Chaff und Flares eigentlich bei entsprechender Einstellung schon automatisch (EW page & AUTO selected) ? Nur zur Vorsicht, meine natürlich F18 !

I really hope so. There were sayings like: say posit,- callsign, what´s your problem, -clearence cancaled, taxi to parking,- you`re numberone to land. And lots of others. Btw, never found out what filetyp they were.

I wish there were the possibility to send a emergency call like: engine damage, low on fuel or any other which includs the right to land right away. No pattern requested !

Habe leider keine Sofortlösung, aber auf dem screenshot siehst du die Möglichkeiten. Außerdem ist rechts unten die Möglichkeit die Presets zu sichern. Evtl. mal die Möglichkeit versuchen. Eigentlich sollte man jedes Setting wohl auch widerrufen können. Letzter Versuch, das Handbuch lesen. (Aber wer will das schon ?)

Well, seems as if you would have to steer directly to the target (WP). Tried it and don`t see any problem. Look at the pic.

As far as I understand your problem, you have to give the WP exactly the height above MSL. This is easy done by looking at the F10 map bringing your cursor to the point where the object (WP) is. You find the height in feet on the upper left corner of the map (if I remember right). If you do it right in the ME your TGP will slew to the location on the ground and not up in the sky.

Genau, sowas sollte man nicht vergessen Aber ernsthaft, ist schon wichtig. Leider musste ich das auch erst "lernen".

The only time I discovered a problem with NWST HI is when you are too fast. Then the plane will simply go straight on not turn.

Ich muss leider hier mal um eure Hilfe bitten. Wie schon die Überschrift sagt, behauptet der Updater meine Version ......8125 sei up to date. Die vorletzte Version(...8125) habe ich erst heute runter geladen. Danach will er jetzt nicht auf die letzte OB updaten. Mein Versuch über die Eingabe ein Update zu machen schlug auch fehl. Da kommt die Nachricht, der Befehl sei falsch geschrieben oder nicht bekannt. Eingegeben habe ich DCS_Updater.exe update Kann einer helfen ?

Wann kommt denn die GBU-24 ? Ist schon wieder Mittwoch.

@ kotor633: Danke für den Hinweis. Lese ich mir durch. @ QuiGon: Stimmt, bin dann so mit der Hornet beschäftigt. Da denkt man nicht daran, das es noch andere Jets gibt. Gelobe Besserung.

Beispiel: Start in Batumi. Zwischenlandung auf Carrier ohne Engine Shutdown. Start vom Carrier. Welche wichtigen Schritte muss ich machen ? Angezeigt wird check trim (wie ?) Velocity Vector klebt irgendwo im HUD. Autopilot geht auch nicht. Mach ich wohl einiges falsch !
