Frustrated with Iran's constant saber rattling, Syria and Iraq have formed an unprecedented Alliance and moved on western Iran. World leaders have watched on with amazement, as the Arab Alliance has slowly taken territory in Western Iran, despite the Ayatollah putting all the Iranian Military into stopping the push. The Arab Alliance has now taken land as far east as Bakhtegan Lake, East of Shiraz Airfield (which is also in the hands of the Alliance). The Iranian Leadership has swallowed it's pride and reached out to Western Governments, in the hope that with "The Great Satan" helping them out, this Alliance can be pushed back into Iraq With Shiraz Airfield firmly under Alliance control, they are pounding Iranian ground forces, with daily air attacks. Syrian and Iraqi SU24s, are bombing troops, driving them back despite Iranian air support. Arab Alliance CAP's have taken out a large percentage of Iranian fighters, forcing the Ayatollahs hand into pleading for help. Your Squadron is the first ever US unit to deploy to Iranian soil, so be watchful. The Iranian Leadership has put restrictions on where Western forces can transit and operate over their territory. As such, you are to be mindful of ingress and egress routes, so as not to upset the host nation. 13 Mission Campaign centered around Ops, based out of Kish International Airfield in Iran. I've attached the new COMM.lua. Make a copy of your old one before replacing. I still had issues with getting them to refuel at night though. comm.lua

I use T16X for tanker it works fine for me.

I can't send wingmen to the tanker. It used to be in the F3 GO TO menu for other aircraft. They now flame out and eject far too often.

It will work without the skins (although adds realism), but you will need the Military Aircraft Mod and Carrier Mod to make all missions work

You can fly as another position, i've just built a mission for a campaign doing just that. Al i then did is add radio transmissions to tie in the fact i couldn't make them myself as number 2. The graduating to flight lead is probably a good training campaign idea. I'll have a think and maybe start one off. There was a host of Basic and Advanced flight training campaigns done for the A-10C i remember. Might be as involved but will give it a go.

10 missions of A-A, A-G and a Harpoon sortie too. Lots of custom made voice overs and trigger points, so stick to the Nav Waypoints as precisely as possible. Airboss script used throughout the campaign for added realism. Happy to do some British voices if you desire?

You could have a moving zone for a unit. Then when a stipulated unit (and you could have lots of clones of this) enters said moving unit, push a message to your flight and create an .ogg audio file to transmit over a radio freq (or just play sound over everything so as not to get cut out by DCS radio transmissions). That's kind of how i do it.

It all depends on whether they are orbiting (AWACS or CAP like). If they have reached the orbit WP, then no FP will be shown.

In Mission Editor, there is a Weather button on the left hand side, where you can set time and date, along with changing the weather.

Some vehicles, the MQ/RQ-9's can and ground troops within their visual fields of fire (ring around them. It's to do with distance from the target.

Habu, Just trying to add the Airboss to SP missions contained within a Campaign i've designed. WIll using the MOOSE script and then your Airboss.lua still work?

Still needing help with Airboss if anyone can lend a hand?
