  1. Yes. The 2nd AI will only attack you after you splashed yours, though. I strongly advise everyone NOT to use TacView with this campaign. In order to make such complex scenarios happen there are lots of 'tricks' happening that you wouldn't notice otherwise.
  2. The other thing I'm seeing is sometimes I look at the F10 map, I don't get the FPS drop, but from then on all head movements are very stuttery in VR (Quest 2). FPS is still good, but I can't move my head without nausea inducing flashing and stuttering. Moral of the story: the F10 map is not useable in VR at the moment.
  3. Autostart/ starting the engine is not campaign related ,you may want to ask around in the HEatblur subsection. BTW the full alignment takes 10-15 minutes normally. Because this campaign is split into sections with a fresh INS each time, you can just select heading memory to make it much quicker. But it's quite possible there is a bug in Heatblur's autostart procedure.

  6. Oh yes, the P-47 and the Spit are the best warbird models in any sim I've ever flown. I just love the Jug.
  7. Hi! Thanks for the report. AI taxi was bugged often a year or so ago but I thought ED fixed it. Mission 3: ground AI pathfinding has been broken for about 4 years, the soldier shouldn't go anywhere near you, but they jsut do whatever they want. I removed it now, but it will make the scenery less alive of course. Mission 4: I played it 3 times, and only saw what @jackill's video depicts once out of the 3 times. I rearranged the parking spots to make it less likely to happen. If it happens again, please post a track. I cannot fix these AI taxi bugs, only ED can, but they won't even talk to us without a track. Thanks!
  8. You'll be happy to learn that this will be addressed in the next update, ED fixed most of the ww2 AI problems.
  9. Fortunately I had set up the triggers in a way that even if it happens the mission still progresses Rule no.1: never rely on the AI performing a task.
  10. In any case I redesigned the triggers a little bit to make absolutely sure it doesn't happen.
  11. I recently replayed the mission and it worked fine. Do you have any unofficial mods installed? If so, remove them. Also try running a slow repair and see if that helps

Nope, sorry. - even the full fidelity Sabre only takes a few clicks (I’m not sure why there needs to be an FC version at all) - the whole point of my campaigns is a realistic environment for the realistic modules we have. - it would require me to maintain not 12 but 24 missions and there is no added value that would make that worthwile (I don’t really care about the extra sales, that’s not why I’m doing all this) I hope you understand

If you do a search here you’ll see it it happens sometimes, it’s a core dcs bug that randomly pops up and cannot be fixed from within the mission editor. you can open and play any specific stage directly from the campaign’s folder also try removing all your unofficial mods and running a repair
  15. No, that’s ‘Scooter’. The player is Hale 32 in this mission, the wingman.
  16. At Detling the parking spots slope so much that your cold start plane starts rolling forward or backwards immediately. This wasn't the case when Detling was released, I'm not sure why terrain elevations there had to be messed with.
  17. Easy comms are disabled in the campaign to prevent you from hearing 36 AI calling out 40+ bandits all the time. So you can only communicate without pressing the button on your throttle while on the ground (like IRL) If you use the correct button, there is no difference though.
  18. You need to open the menu using PTT then as the message says select F10 - ‘other’
  19. good news, ED fixed it internally, it's coming in the next patch!
  20. You need to push the actual push to talk mic button on the throttle, the comms menu only works on the ground.
