  4. Perhaps try running a DCS Repair? Disable any mods you have first.

  7. What exactly are you trying to do? Do you mean you don't want all the various missions - A2G, A2A etc, starting automatically? If so, see attached screenshot to see if that helps you. I've added numbers for the steps to follow: (1) Click to select triggers (2) Select 4 Mission Start (Define Mission Settings Here) (3) Select Do Script (--Adjust Missio) (4) Scroll through the box and make any alterations you need, e.g. change a2g_easy_autostart = true to a2g_easy_autostart = false There's lots of options for you to play with. Also check the other triggers with modifiable options (they all have "Define XXX here" in the title). I'd advise you save the mission with a new filename before editing, so you can go to the original if you have any problems. Hope that helps.
  8. Most likely. But never make assumptions when it comes to the security of your PC. The only acceptable answer is from the developer (Razbam) because they compiled the .dll. Anything else is pure speculation.
  9. Hi I won't be able to get on Discord unfortunately. By all means PM me here with some guidance on what I need to do. If I'm able to follow it, anyone can, and so you could maybe then post in the forum or a readme for others. Update: deadlyfishes ... I think you can ignore my request. I noticed in the editor that you have 'aa_tor' defined in the unit list. But in the triggers it's not in the list of which AA units you can spawn in. I added 'aa_tor' to the list of allowed AA and now we get TORS every now and then.
  10. deadlyfishes, is the TOR defined anywhere in your mission? If not, any chance you could add it as an option on the hard ground missions? Just for a bit of variety!

  13. The statics sinking into the deck. Yes, I see that whenever I use the F10 spawning options. I just don't bother with them and I've populated the deck myself. The carrier running aground. When is that happening? If after WP6 then yeah that's one hell of a long session. Perhaps you could add more waypoints?

  16. I think he's suggesting that they not be part of the core. Then it won't matter in MP. You'll just see a default skin, like when someone's flying with a 3rd-party skin. I have oodles space so it's not a problem for me. But for those with limited space this is not an unreasonable request.
  17. I've experienced this too. At least I think it's the same issue as you describe. Statics on the deck (AS232) and are present when I connect to my server. Both myself and my buddy can see them. I disconnect, reconnect, and the static is gone (for me). My buddy can still see them.

  19. I'm seeing some issues with bomber intercept A2A missions, specifically in regards to the carrier bombing option. We have the auto spawns off. We had airbase bombers off and carrier bombers on, with escorts. When we started a mission we got a loop - see attached pic. Did some playing around with the bomber group settings and it seems to only occur when carrier bombing is enabled (with or without escorts). See below the settings we tried and the results we got: enable_airbase_bombers = true enable_carrier_bombers = false enable_bomber_escorts = false NO LOOP enable_airbase_bombers = false enable_carrier_bombers = true enable_bomber_escorts = false LOOP enable_airbase_bombers = true enable_carrier_bombers = false enable_bomber_escorts = true NO LOOP enable_airbase_bombers = false enable_carrier_bombers = true enable_bomber_escorts = true LOOP enable_airbase_bombers = true enable_carrier_bombers = true enable_bomber_escorts = true LOOP enable_airbase_bombers = true enable_carrier_bombers = true enable_bomber_escorts = false LOOP
  20. I think what he's saying is that NVG is not appropriate for night ops on the carrier deck. There is sufficient light from other sources to perform night time carrier operations, and indeed the presence of that light is overwhelming the NVG. That is probably the very reason you're not supposed to use them. That said, the effects do seem excessive, but I'm no expert .. I don't go out at night.

  22. Thanks for the workaround. I did wonder why in Wags' recent mission editor video he chooses the unit each time instead of copy/pasting. I guess this is the reason, so I guess the team were already aware but just haven't managed to fix it yet.
