Why would a HOTAS manufacturer keep including the past when its moving towards the future. I wish my cars CD player had an input for 8-Tracks but why? I understand people dont want to upgrade their pedals especially a nice set but I can understand TM for not having the ability to use the pedals.

We can hope Cat we can hope. How cool would it be to add client playable JTAC/FAC. Probably wouldn't use it much personally but know plenty of people that would.

Seriously because one is not willing to spend a certain amount on a HOTAS of this caliber DOES not mean it lacks quality just that it's out of your price range!:music_whistling: Finally a HOTAS that almost specifically built for simpit builders, this thing will mount like a dream and have a much smaller footprint.

Its been said many times that rockets are not a pinpoint weapon rather an area weapon and this is more or less true (from my understanding) for all types of a/c that employ rockets. I think if you bought the sim for rockets employment I think you're missing out on a lot of other great elements in Black Shark. I tend to use rockets against un-armored vehicle columns and troops. They're pretty useless against anything armored IMO. I fly online with people who can use rockets pretty well to their advantage but I'm a little less accurate. I prefer vikhrs to say the least though!

I thought it was typical for the A-10 to use only double ejection rails for AGM-65Ds? Not that I care in regards to the Ext. Payload mod. Just that for some reason I thought I'd read that somewhere, although I might thinking of the pylons next to the wheel wells that were used for bombs rather than Mavs because the latter was a fire risk to the tires. I could be wrong in all areas too.

I'm very familiar with traffic in the LA area is brutal but I hear its good compared to the likes of Moscow! Just knowing Wags is there showing A10C lifts me up. Probably my most anticipated DCS release!

I'm guessing on September too based on the news that the Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS is planned to roll out then. Its endorsed by the USAF and obviously a dual roll out of both products would be equally complimentary to each other. Pure educated guesses but hope I'm not far off. Stay tuned too as we may hear some real news today regarding DCS-A10C over at www.simhq.com .

I guess this is not to be confused with the platinum edition that WILL include LOMAC/FC2 together?

Yes because its the arcade mode. It will be a scalable sim and would expect something at least comparable to LOMAC.

Will why not just settle with the Su-25T since you'd be flying it anyways, in any case a very capable & challenging a/c to fly.

I'm not sure how flying the Hog pit as a Frogfoot would get you AFM sweetness but to each there own.

Biggest limitation will be the processor probably but you can probably manage it. It may turn out that you have to lower some settings too.

In trying to tweak my sounds to my liking I was wondering if someone from ED or anyone else could tell me what sounds the individual sliders control (i.e: Cockpit, World, Headphones, etc...). I have a good idea of what some sounds are controlled by but I thought if I had a more definitive explanation it would make things faster. Apologies if this has been covered before and thanks in advance for the assistance.
