  1. Download and install a camera shake mod. Then when in free cam ctrl+F11 press LSHIFT+J until it starts the shake. You have to have flown the performance with the mod installed, otherwise the camera will move all over the place.
  2. Recreated the Viper Demo for USLANTCOM's YouTube Channel:
  3. you need to increase the core clock. Overclocking will allowed your CPU to decrease the frame times and feed your GPU quicker.
  4. well considering the Viper is using the F/A-18C's afterburner effect, that makes sense. They have also noted they are still working on the Vipers afterburner effects as they are not done yet. I'm sure we will get it. The thing that bothers me is how long it take to light the AB once the throttle passes the detent. Then how long it takes the AB effect to go away long after the engine has spooled down to idle.
  5. sign me up for one.
  6. no. When you go to idle, you will hear the engine spool down, but the AB effect will still be going... needs to be fixed.
  7. hopefully like the 14... the 18's is pink and tiny.
  8. Lightened up the image, last one is a GE too.
  9. no issues here.
  10. I was discussing this with BIGNEWY on the ED Discord, and he suggested I make a thread on this. I have noticed an "over trim" or "over sensitive" Roll Trim when trimming out asymmetric loads. What I mean by this is, it is next to impossible to trim out the unwanted roll due to how much roll trim is applied by just tapping the trim hat left and right. I find my self tapping left and right over and over in hope to counter the unwanted roll. Heatblur did something to combat this early on in the EA release. They reduced how much roll and pitch was entered for every tap of the trim hat. They also enabled an accelerated trim function, ie. holding down the trim hat in any direction will increase how quick the trim hat trims the jet. Hopefully this is something ED can incorporate, at least on the roll trim as pitch trim is hardly needed thanks to the FLCS.
  11. First off, the HUD is not a primary flight instrument. Second, dont adjust the hud pitch ladder based off of the VV, it is slaved the the aircraft symbol. Also, it will change with altitude since it is not slaved to the VV. Use your instruments and VDI.
  12. yeah the roll trim needs to be reduced a TON. At the moment, we can't do any fine tuned trimming.
  13. already reported: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=252233
  14. the RPM gauge is off in AB as well as the Nozzle gauge. probably something to do with it.
  15. yes i know. What about the RPM, the Nozzle position?
  16. Anything on this from ED? This is clearly not a controller issue. Nineline / Bignewy?
  17. The F-16's .lua file points the RWR to the F/A-18 sounds. If you dont have the F/A-18, you wont have the audio files the 16 is looking for.
  18. however, it seems it is low on power in AB as it will not sustain a 8.2G turn, at 5000ft at GW of 22,000lbs.
  19. update: CVW-11 did some testing against the performance charts and it seems accurate. The things I noted above seem to just be off from what they should be in full AB.
  20. FYI, CVW-11 did some performance testing against the charts and they match. It looks like the FF, nozzles, and AB effect are just off and need to be adjusted. Hope ED sees that, but they may want to verify.
  21. odd, they arent responding though?
  22. Right but 22,000 ff vs 70,000+ is a big difference. Cant sustain a 9G turn, nozzle position is a dead give away there is an issue.
  23. Is showing AB at like the first light off stage. Not full AB. It's weird.
