  1. Might be in the manual, havent checked. I just intercepted the mention of it in the changelog, when it was introduced a while back.
  2. In ME, place the cursor where you want coordinates from and hit 'CTRL+Y', and you will get a coordinate box you can copy from.
  3. Both Advanced Waypoint and Moose Patrol methods work fine here. See attached. CTRL+Z too accelerate time, and they will just keep going. Infinite ship patrol.miz
  4. So because there is a small percentage taking advantage of this, a small percentage feel its destroying their game and putting them at a disandvantage, so the rest have to suffer limits and nausea? Cancel culture much? We should disable all axis inputs, cause there are people playing this game with a keyboards only. We should lock the fps to 30, limit the draw distance to low, and set forrest level to 0, cause there are some that cant get better performance than this. And lastly, we should remove axis inputs for view around the cockpit, cause there are people just using buttons and keys to look around. If you have to stick your bloody head out the canopy to 'win', then you have lost already. I mean come on, how big is this issue really? I think you are just finding excuses for your own losses.
  5. Thanks Mike. But Im not saying that I stop using or buying HB products, I dont. Just saying that was it for me and EA releases. That is general though, you guys were just the last bastion.
  6. Sadly the problem happens with rockets and bombs too. A belly full from a Viggen will start dropping the fps as well, and if you do a few runs, ouf. Craters dont even have to be visible, you just need to face the area from quite far away even.
  7. Page 428 of the manual in the game files: The square with the hollowed-out cross indicates that the radar is disturbed by jammer signals.
  8. The next patches until the next big one i December will be hot fixes. I wouldnt categorize the major Viggen update as a hot fix. Mno, Im sorry. I think this might have been it for me and HB products, until they are well out of EA.
  9. And for the hell of it, just did 10 sets of 4xMk82, 2xAIM-9, full internal. And 10 with the same loadout, but plus 150 gal centerline. Airstart, diving, 600 kts, start pulling. 8-8.5 consistently for a wing snap. Then did a few where I was level and banked/pulled. Same 8-8.5G. Tried a few with just yanking the stick into my lap, but hard to see where the actual snap happens, but appears to be around the same ballpark. The needled usually told 10, but its still adding G after the break. I dunno. There is some other factor playing a part here, for those low G wing snaps.
  10. No, there is something else causing these low G wing snaps. I have been flying the F-5 alot, always loaded with bombs or rockets and I have never snapped the wings below 8G (really fat one), and I am trying to reproduce these low G, just havent had luck with it. Check here for example:
  11. https://www.mig-21-online.de/home-2/stoeberecke/methodik-des-fliegens/ Look at the two 'Steigprofile für Flüge in die Stratosphäre' images.
  12. Just to be clear, not trying to prove or disprove if anything is correct or not, just trying to figure out what hell is going on, cause I have yet to see them snap at low G's. Just did a few more tests, this time with full internal fuel, Mk84, 2x83 and 2x82, 2xAIM-9, so a heavy little lad. Dive on target at Range 62, just shy of 600 kts, 7.5G. Wings still attached. Back up, dive down 600 kts, 8G, snap. Tried with a AIM-9's only, full internal, dive 600 kts, 11G, snap. Did a few of each, same results. Then went online (fairly strong winds and turbulence), same heavy loadout. 550kts this time at the surface on PG (200 feet), 7.5G, wings still there. 550kts again, 9.5G, snap, as seen in screenshots, most of the loadout went flying and just the tips snapped. Had a heavy breather in this one when I spawned in, but G meter didnt register anything. Strange this, why it happens so early in some cases.
  13. So strange. Is this somehow a online only thing? Are they somehow getting some damage on spawning in maybe. Something is really strange. I fly this jet offline a lot every day, loaded with bombs (both Mk84, 83, 82 and CBU) or rockets, and I pull plenty of G's shortly after takeoff from Nellis (Range 62 on NTTR), so its fairly heavy. In my attack runs I pull in the region of 6G in the turns, 4-5G in my popup, and 7-8-9G in the pull up - avoiding ground fire, and I do this a lot with various G's. And never have the wings snapped, not once. Only when I wanted to in the small tests above, have they snapped. Edit: Cant remember if all modules, just some modules, all airfields, all parkings or just some, and if those are online only, or also happens offline. But that is that heavy drop and G breathing with spawning into the jet, that happens - sometimes? Maybe worth paying attention to, in combination with these wingsnaps.
  14. It does, just have to be in IR mode (missile selected) with your radar on. But you are not gonna see anything except a flying barn at maybe 15-20km absolute max, if lucky in a look up. You will spot them before detecting with radar anyway, and a fighter sized target is very hard to see, and nearly impossible against any ground clutter. So unless you try to align with a bomber at night or in a cloud, its not really useful for A2A.
  15. Just a few more, no wind, no turbulens, just default ME. - Loaded with 4x Mk82 and full internal fuel (spawned in air), 600 kts in a shallow dive to just above SL, gentle pull letting the G build up over a few sec period, 9G wing break. - Same but with a 275 gal centerline added, also full, around 8.5G for a wing break. Now if I just yank the stick quickly into my lap, then the wings come of much much sooner / easier. Isnt that more less the same with the F-16 now? Doesnt seem that far fetched to me, when pulling G with a 7 tonnes plane or a 11 tonnes plane. Just need to handle with some care now when loaded, pay attention to the G meter, and not just yank the stick. But thats just me.
  16. Tested a little yesterday, and the only way I could snap the wings was to just pull too many G's when going supersonic, or when I just yank the stick into my lap while doing 600+ kts SL. If I just applied the G's more gentle, then I could easily pull 9-10G (I didnt reach 11 that way).
  17. Was wake turbulense on? That shit can make wings snap 'easier', cause of sudden forces being applied.
  18. When I have gear up, I trim nose down and hold it, to the count of 8. Edit: Just incase. Not sure if the speed of trim is tied in with frames per second, but Im in VR and fly with 45 fps.
  19. Most likely caused by craters, since they are mad crazy performance heavy. Has been reported, but sadly not much has been done yet.
  20. @Alpenwolf Maybe worth changing to payload restrictions instead? Will take some time adding this to each of the slots you placed in your missions, but in the long run Im guessing it will save a lot of time and frustrations, since the warehouse gets corrupt everytime ED add, remove or change (names I guess) weapons. You can use it to dissalow given weapons. Simply click the weapon and station, and X'it.:
