Before the CBU's seemed to only get direct hits and seemed to get 100% kills which seemed off to me. I pointed out in the other thread that it now seems more realistic. In video you'll see that many munitions don't hit targets.
One thing to keep in mind with Frogfoots is heavier ordinances, when used on outer 4 pylons can only be dropped in pairs.(EDIT)... as Ironhand just pointed out in last post.
Yes, I know. In my post it says "heres a pic of blue shadows". I posted that so Piston85 could see them and point out that they only visible with something other than Flat Shadows in settings.
I'm not familiar with install/activation process for DCS on Steam but I do see a uninstall option in menu for other games. Has any attempt been made to remove/uninstall/deactivate from the brothers computer?
Go to Steam/ Library/ Installed and right click on the module which I assume would appear on this list. Deactivate if it has an option or uninstall I guess.

A module can't be activated on two computers at same time so it will need to be deactivated on second (brothers) computer and then reactivated on original computer.
The 2.1 version supports NTTR and Normandy only. The Caucasus map, which is undergoing an overhaul, will be added into the 2.X version at some point so all three will be playable with one version.
As someone who has spent countless hours being stuck waiting for a freight train to pass I can confirm the new US freight trains are spot on. They should be covered in Graffiti however.
The satellite view used to work a bit better and you could see some detail zoomed in. Not sure what messed it up but now the cities and towns are harder to distinguish.
You can mix any combo of bombs on racks that will hold them and you can mix rockets on inner pylon along with bombs on the middle rack and inner wing pylons. For instance 2 lgb's, 4 cbu's, and 2 rocket pods works.
The radar altimeter being off was the problem or more to the point me not knowing the radar altimeter was off was the problem.
It does seem to only show when both TAS and RS are selected or just RS.
Thanks for the help everyone. This was driving me crazy for a while.
Hope you don't mind me hijacking thread but I have a question with rockets. I can't figure out how to get the pipper to show up (circle with dot). All I ever see is a big X. I've combed through manual and even did the training a few times but even in the training mission when I'm told to turn on rockets and I'll see the pipper its not there. I've asked about this before and was told you have to be within certain parameters for it to appear but I've tried every dive angle and speed combination.
As far as what needs to be turned on I go to A/G Mode and then select Rockets on PCA. At that point they fire but is there something else I need to turn on or change or what?:helpsmilie:
Seems like that would be where a campaign would be saved. I don't have any campaigns started so I don't see anything in Logbook LUA showing it. I'm not sure.
You can pick and choose what to paste back in. Your Logbook can be found in the Mission Editor folder. Not sure where the Campaign Saves are in there but probably Mission Editor file too.
They need to add a coalition choice to Create Fast Mission. You need to enter ME and under File click on New. This brings up Coalition screen which allows you to switch from Modern to WWII and Custom. You can then access Fast Mission Generator up on top on ME page. Although grd units will be spawned ( without routes) in Nevada, grd units don't work yet in Normandy in Create Fast Mission.
Try using active pause while instructors speaking and unpause to do what's next. The timing and scripting is off on a lot of training missions and they can be hard to follow or confusing.
