With all the new headsets that are announced, the question that I'm asking myself is: will my computer be capable of driving the 2.0 generation of VR devices or should I still buy a 1.5 generation VR headset? With 2.0 generation I mean a headset with a 2K resolution per eye. With the HP reverb showing big potential, but without IPD adjustment, I'm still waiting to see what the HTC Vive Cosmos will bring to the table. If it follows the Qualcomm reference implementation, it will be the one. https://uploadvr.com/ces-2019-qualcomm-cosmos/ With 1.5 generation I mean the Oculus S or Vive Pro minor resolution bump, that promises improvement, but no revolution. What would prevent me from running a 2.0 generation headset using 75% pixel density? Will it look better or worse than 1.5 generation with 100% pixel density? In other words; does it make sense to buy a headset that your hardware cannot drive at the moment, but might in the future?

All these headsets also feature 2 screens. One informs of every eye. They too move when adjusting to yourIPD. This ensures that all of the screen is visible to everybody independent of the IPD.

I think it looks gorgeous. If there are any problems, I did not notice. Sun rise with rain in the f-18 and I could watch for hours. With tea of course.

Just wanted to mention how great this is. I now add this mod to all my missions. Nothing better than having an A380 take off just before you to get you in the mood. Together with the RAT script it makes the world alive all around you. Of course in vr.

You actually should use lunar calendar to plan the mission if you want a full moon. Works as expected.

If you use vr, this module is a must have. I sometimes forget that my wingman the tower and stencils are Ai.

With the new version I'm having difficulty with the mask. ALthough I set the MASKSIZE to 0.925f I still can see in the corner of my eyes moving frames, especially when moving my head. This was not the case with the first version where a MASKSIZE set to 0.725f was enough to get rid of this effect. Anybody having the same problem?

Thanks to Grayman and Holywood 315 I was able to fix my problems. Grayman reminded me to start VoiceAttack as admin (I know I'm stupid). I configured it to always run as admin now. That fixed the finish button not putting anything into the copy/past buffer. Holywood 315's tip was to enable Instant Select function in preferences. That fixed not being able to contact Stennis. I must admit that I did not know about the select command (had to look it up in the manual) and did well until now without it and without automatic select. Wow. Now it will be even better. Thanks!

I did copy to notepad and there was nothing. So, just to make it clear. I start VoiceAttack and it shows a warning in orange color. I start vaicom and go to keyword editor. The finish button is orange. I push the finish button and it pops up a box. Although the text in the box states that I should have something in my copy/past buffer, I do not. Tested with notepad and notepad++. So, what am I doing wrong? Every help is appreciated.

Problems communicating with Stennis. Although I have the new version of Viacom that recognizes the Stennis, I still cannot contact it. When I try to call Stennis and inbound: Both Stennis and inbound are recognized correctly, but I get following error Called ATC recipient does not match currently selected unit Dubai Intl. What am I doing wrong? I also keep getting following warning: "The keywords database was updated: apply FINISH steps to update the VA profile." But the finish button does not copy anything and the steps mentioned in the alert box I cannot follow, as they mention a command that I do not have. P.S. otherwise the module is a must have for VR. Recognition rate is extremely high.

Thanks feefifofum, you are right. After fixing this I can request situation and will no longer get a clear. I thought that the AWACS will report by itself, but look s as if I need to request it. I also thought that if the AWACS can see the enemy fighter, that my RWR should also show it. But looks as if this kind of link is not supported in the F-18?
