  3. Oh Winston 60, Initial did the job. Still strange that this has to be checked on the road. So, this is not a bug, one just needs to know how to us the editor.
  4. Thanks Panhead, both way-points are on the road, which is pretty obvious in the editor, as the road is curvy through the city. It looks similar as the post from Winston 60.
  5. Hi Winston 60, interesting but not what I see. The editor shows correct heading, but then when the mission starts, the vehicle is heading wrong.
  6. I'm currently working on a simple mission including a ground vehicle, that is suppose to follow a road through a city towards an airport. I noticed that the vehicle's heading, although automatically assigned according to the road direction, is not correct and can lead to the vehicle not being able to follow the road. I attached the mission to showcase this bug. You will need nttr Nevada map to lead the mission. The vehicle is according to the editor suppose to be heading north but is actually heading north east. It then leaves the road and gets stuck in a building. I wanted to hear others opinion about this before creating a bug ticket. ground-vehicle-bug.miz
  7. This works only with direct x 12 if i'm not mistaken. Dcs currently only supports 11.
  8. If developers mention that the development is going well does not imply how far they are. Only way to inform progress without a target release date would be informing the progress in percentage. E.g. Caucasus map progress is 75%, 1.x and 2.x merging progress is 56%. This is what management usually wants to see if a release day is not realistic to hit. The downside of this method is that people (management) need to learn that progress can degrade if things become more clear. E.g last week progress was 55%, but this week it is 45%, as the new AI code is much more complex than anticipated.
  9. Modern destroyers are not so visible on radar. So, they cannot assume the cargo ship detects them. Trying to keep undetected for some reason could lead to difficult situations if the cargo ship changes course at the wrong time.
  10. Wow, the pro version sounds too good to be true. I'm in. The price is more than acceptable for the effort. I always wanted support for all the new modules, but never took the time to create a profile. It is not so straitforward, especially because the com menu of modules are not in the same order. So, looking forward to my xmas present.
  11. Oh, just found a workaround to my problem. Enable and then disable fog in mission, save and fog is gone.

  13. Same here. Moved away from 1.x and mostly playing in Nevada. But viggen without water is not interesting. Normandy is too slow in vr currently.

  18. I have not used 1.x for a while and tried today to fly a mission I created about 6 months ago. This mission was with the viggen in a thunderstorm and the break of dawn. I no longer can fly this mission, as visibility is zero. It seems as if enabling thunderstorm will automatically add an effect similar to fog that reduces visibility to zero while you are still on the runway. Anybody noticed this? Probably came in with 1.6.7? P.S. I use the beta.
  19. When camera changes to F2 all of a sudden, then you got shot and are dead? Plane still flying. The A-10 is a very robust plane. It can survive a lot of situations that the Human cannot withstand.
  20. Needs direct x 12. so probably next things for VR would be direct x 12 support.
  21. The hornet was showcased in VR. I believe ED is aware how much VR adds to the immersion. But user base is probably still not the majority.
