  1. I know in one of the two tracks I despawned and both missiles dissapeared (not at the times I pointed in my original post), that was my bad but not in the Tacview-20181006-181355 at 9:49:52Z time. EDIT : Mixed up the files, I inverted the links in my first post, sorry :/ Should be fixed.
  2. Hello, After storing coordinates in a Bx waypoint, very often the first decimal of one (north or east) coordinate will be replaced with a 0. It seems related to how much time you take to press the number of the Bx waypoint after pressing "Bx" and if a Bx waypoint is selected or not, couldn't really confirm both, this seems very inconsistent and happens even when LS is selected all the way through entering attack waypoints. Hello, I was on the blueflag persian gulf server doing antiship missions, and after watching tacviews, I noticed that alot of my RB-15F disappeared for no apparent reason, they were not shot down, some of them were set go to 10m AGL after bx6 and these never made it to the ship (might have hit waves), altough not everytime. Some of them might have hit terrain because of the final heading I wanted the missiles to take, making it a tight turn with land very close to the missiles (I couldn't confirm because replaying .trk from blueflag does not work) but after more and more fired I noticed that these reasons didn't explain all the failures. Sorry once again but the only thing I have are tacview files : At 12:21:26Z one of my RB-15F was destroyed mid air while heading towards Bx6 (Bx-6-8 were stp up manually prior to taking off) and they were launched with STD parameters, the second one must have hit land : https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Ian8_3XbqkP1ujFAsboRiBRwoZOyZdD- Second occurence was at 9:49:52Z when both missiles were descending to 30AGL at waypoint bx6, both of them disappeared when pulling up. Also launched with STD parameters and with Bx6-8 manually set up. I had a very hard time getting the launch authorization that's why i'm circling around alot : https://drive.google.com/open?id=1JZiZ_SmXyNVjalMsFqG6w4PwbVYMtEBi In the same .acmi at 9:23:00Z, one of my RB-15F, launched with standard parameters except for the flight altitude when approaching the target, 10m AGL instead of 30m, disappeared when it was heading for waypoint bx7 and the second missile hit the water after locking on to the target.   11. As opposed to a perpetual release, which would mean the openbeta is useless ? The openbeta branch is serving it's purpose perfectly, bugs are reported by the users that play on it and are fixed before a new release update is brought out. It makes alot more sense to have major bugs on the open beta branch then on the release branch which is what you would get if ED release a new bugged patch immediatly to release because people can't wait to play on multiplayer servers that they could have gone to by just switching to the OB branch with a very simple command. You would also get the same bugs anyways. EDIT : Also people who play singleplayer, which is a large portion of the community, would most likely wait for crash/major bug free version on the release branch.
  12. Hello, In multiplayer, scenery objects that have been removed or destroyed by a trigger are still appearing for clients but are indeed gone for the host. Regards, Rex.
  13. I'm not an expert but the EFP projectile is formed out of copper I would imagine ? APDS use tungsten rods; depleted uranium rods for more modern shells. Which are much denser and stronger. Also maybe EFP projectile have a worse shape for penetration, by that I mean that the energy of the projectile is spread over a larger surface area on impact, they are engineered to be as effective as possible so the exact amount of explosives required, the shape of the copper before the weapon is released,... were calculated to get the most effective shape possible. I would expect the EFP projectile to have alot less penetration then a 20mm APDS round. But a BMP-1/-2, the -3 is probably not much better but I have not found any data, with it's tinfoil grade armor would almost surely be penetrated. EDIT : Have found some data, http://www.steelbeasts.com/sbwiki/index.php?title=BMP-3 Since the BMP-3 in steel beasts doesn't have a complete armor model detailed on the wiki these values are probably estimated. It says it's protected against 30mm AP from the front, now we don't know what kind of AP, I guess that would be at any range, but it's definitely better then the BMP-2/BMP-1, anywhere else, sides, rear, top is probably just as bad though. To be taken with a grain of salt.
  14. This list isn't updated, the refuel bug was fixed a month or so ago. The Mirage will receive updates, simply because the AdA is asking for fixes, would hardly imagine Razbam getting a partnership and not doing anything afterwards. Also the Mirage works and is a brilliant module, it's not finished but it works well in every scenario a Mirage 2000C would be used for. EDIT : Just looking at this list I can see a few that are working, were fixed and or are wrote in a way that makes them appear as much bigger missing features then they are, like "A/G RDI modes", it doesn't have any A/G modes, it's when using low PRF, BFR (btw the keybindings work just fine), with no doppler filtering so you see ground clutter.
  15. The switch was fixed in the latest beta ! Thank you very much :). Programs work but one issue is the keybindings for the switch don't work. The texture is also wrong but it is already reported.

Hello, As the title says, the shadows of trees on cliff, hill sides are flat, they float in mid air and are quite noticeable when flying low, when you get very close they are rendered on the ground. And I've only seen this once so far but they are in the same color as the foliage it looks like, never occured anywhere else : I'm am running the game with these settings : This is a minor issue, but as I said in one of my last posts it would be nice to have the possibility of running the game as pretty as it can be :).   17. I have redownloaded it just to be sure, but unfortunately it made no difference.
  18. I can't get the mod to work with the latest version of DCS, or at least I had it working on a prior version. Removed the metacache files, installed the mod. The game doesn't launch, it loads about 400MBs in ram and as soon as I click on the DCS window it goes to 70MBs and windows says the program isn't responding.

The freezes are worse with the Terrain map, after flying for a while, the freezes are every second when climbing or descending into altitudes you have not been to before in this area, and the freezes last longer then a second so the only way to get out of them is to back to a level where the terrain height was loaded, or to just let the helicopter, aircraft crash.
  20. No, the 2D version (pop-up window) is not compatible with VR. Only the L-39C and the Mi-8MT have a 3D model of the NS430.
  21. It's a shame there are no plans to make it VR compatible yet, which i'm betting means there never will but I would be glad if proven wrong.

  23. Is no one else experiencing multiple minute long freezes when loading the NS430 maps ? And that's when they load because sometimes nothing at all appears. Is no one else noticing that with the NS430 pop-up window in use, the F10 map grids all appear all of the time and cause horrible FPS on the F10 map ?
  24. And that's the point of bug reports, so that features get finished and are bug free.
  25. razbam is waiting for ED to fix this issue, nothing is going to change until then.
