Sounds like an brilliant idea, just imagine the first time you fire up your NV and see all those white dots and flashing lights that weren't there a second ago...would look (and feel) awesome.

Just a note, gain up = louder, gain down = quiter.

Hmmm Amraams is good, but there is no emotion (due to the subject matter), the Deus Ex trailer is good (and rather long), but again is missing a certain something. I found the Dead Island trailer to be rather emotional, yes the CG looked a bit ropey at times, but the little details were rather good, the style and presentation top notch...and the music...my god the music!

I happened across a website selling G11 keyboards for just over £20 a few months ago, so I got myself one. I don't use any of the "game" bits, and I struggle to see why anyone really would, but it was cheap for a good keyboard. But the biggest advantage for me is that it lights up, it means you can have the room lights off, be playing a game that's in the dark and still see the keys. EDIT: That's 20 pounds.

WIP - Frequency Scratchpad for X52pro MFD
DTWD replied to winz's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
How are you programming that? I would love to do some MFD stuff, but don't know where to to start. -
I would be happy with 30fps over a city! You could FPS lock at 30fps then you wouldn't notice a difference.

http://www.lockonfiles.com/index.php/user/206933-ricardo/page__tab__idm F5 is your friend...unless your on a Mac, and then let's face it, you won't be playing BS anyway :-P EDIT: or this one, try em both: http://www.lockonfiles.com/index.php?app=core&module=search&do=user_activity&search_app=downloads&mid=206933 Might I also recomend this: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/?ref=logo with this: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/reloadevery/ - Then just sit back and relax :D -
And a lot of our partners wonder why we want to fly...just look at that! To play in that enviroment and be paid to do it must be a real privalidge.

Awesome cheese! Ricardo, why don't you upload it here at ED? That way it will get more exposure. -

ED SIMS SCREENSHOT AND VIDEO THREAD!!!! (NO USER MODS OR COMMENT)

Are these touched up at all? They look pin sharp, lovely (slightly de-saturated) colours and just overall really nice. You could the launcher in pic 2 in a RL picture and struggle (with a bit of photoshopping) to tell it was a game graphic. -
I agree with Henchman's diagnosis of the bells and whistles so that sort of leaves us with why it's happening. One thing I would like you to check please. When you hit this problem, look down, backwards and left, you will see 2 black handles, these are your throttles. They should be set to auto (the middle), make sure they are. I just had a thought you (or a command on your joystick?) are either pushing the throttles into full power (and damaging something not showing on a panel) or they are below auto, and thus don't do anything. I don't know why it would wait until the same point, unless at that point your doing something else and catching the page up/down keys?

It's not "people" as in a lot, it's just a small group of individuals who really seem to have a bea in there bonnet about it.

Where's the link for the original lomac..?
DTWD replied to Jagged's topic in Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 1 & 2
If you had FC in the past then you must have had LOMAC, so it's somewhere, check down the back of the sofa. -

DTWD replied to Jagged's topic in Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 1 & 2
Flaming cliffs is an expansion pack that requires the original Lock on to work. In other words you install LO, then install flaming cliffs which updates Lock on to flaming cliffs. EDIT: See Vipers post above. -
Well there is only one hud in that bird (look at the one with it flying, the right hand seat doesn't have a HUD). So I imagine they cover it to keep the build up of dust/dirt down to a minimum.

No you need to purchase it, I got mine on a CD (or DVD or whatever it is) ages ago. I don't think it's offered on the website as it was/is a ubisoft game. -
What would happen if you created your custom screen shot directory named exactly what the old one is, then renamed the default screen shots directory and placed a folder short cut in the same location. Would A10 follow the shortcut? Long shot I know, but I don't have the game so it's difficult for me to help.

Flight Qualifications Campaign

If you need any audio work doing (plus some nice visuals for the Modman packaging :D ) give me a shout. -

I don't think I have ever managed to get into VRS at 4000 ft.

Quite, also I would imagine if using TiR you won't be looking at the screen that's got the issue anyway. I assume it's more visable in these videos because we are seeing all three screens in our field of view opposed to the player who would be looking at one screen with the others in the periphery and when using TiR the "fish eye" will remain in the periphery. Am I right in thinking that?

Pretty good, although the sun flare looks to clean for the rest of the image, soften it slightly and it will be pretty much bang on.
