My first X55, was broken out of the box 2 buttons were not working and the mini stick was far too loose It went back and the replacement has worked fine for a few years now the rotaries being jittery is only a recent thing, most likely have a go at taking it apart in the next week and replace the wires with better/thicker ones

Iam getting issues with my throttle rotaries (on throttle itself - not base) the jittering you describe, so if I replace the wiring between the base unit and throttle moving part itself it might cure this ?

why would that work when they have not added the functionality for it ? my post --old-login ^ this one works at the moment , so there is a processor for reading commandline input in dcs.exe

I didn't suggest using it with the updater, but with dcs itself

there is currently a commandline parser in dcs eg --old-login is handled in their code somewhere

Why would this be a waste of time, we are talking about the DCS client connecting to the server (that are currently already being hosted) pretty much most Operating Systems allow command line options have done since the 80's eg Unix system commands etc

best case 10 euro per day, so 80 days to pay off the cost of the card ? Then you have to figure in cost of PC and electricity costs per day as well ?

No you cannot do that right now with dispatcher You can spawn aircraft where ever you want with spawn method tho

Pretty much with you on some points .... except you dont need to go looking for keys when you get a starforce re-activation message it usually has the key you entered once before there Iam not a big fan of starforce, but it does work well (apart from the MIG-21 issues because leatherneck decided to do it their own way) You can export ALL your DCS module keys very easily from the windows registry and NEVER have to enter them again

Just wait until the actual release date is confirmed then in the last 10 minutes before it is released buy then Money is better off in your bank account earning you interest and you will still get the discount, it is a win win for you :-)

The bug is mainly in 1.5.8 Suprised anyone is still playing 1.5.7 in 1.5.8 if you leave your game on the main menu for 1 hour or more then go to Multiplayer and see if any servers show up, it tends to be empty

ED is a tiny company, with not too many customers so they charge more They are not the size of EA or the other big boys It is sadly a smaller market for sim software

Its the driver code .. that runs on the CPU that is at issue is it not ?
