  1. So Firebirds Wings of the Apache is a fair representation of the real thing then?
  2. I have to ask you guys, if the pilot only has his ihadss to fly by, how is he supposed to know where to fly. Direction, height, speed, yes I’ve got that but he isn’t going to know about the, to coin a phrase, “Big aeroplane killing rock”. He surely cannot rely on the guy in the front seat telling him what is in front of him? I have loaded up this skin and have given it a try, but I never took off as I had no idea about the situation outside. I’m going to try it with the CPG displaying PNVS information into the rear cockpit in fixed attitude and pilot just using his ihadss display, see how I get on that way.
  3. Sorry for not writing this in your native language. If you go to the forum for the Rafale, there is a solution for that issue https://forum.dcs.world/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=463730&key=2715c22e118e7af169e950375aeb7c31 I think this is a good link. But you need the SU33 and you need to add something to the options.lua file for that aircraft.
  4. Thanks for your reply Rudel. I have the SU33 installed, so does it need to be loaded into a mission first as for the F-22 that needs the F-15C to be loaded prior to jumping into it please.
  5. I have downloaded this mod and I can’t get into the cockpit. It seems to be controlled by a player. Is there something else I need to do to take control please.
  6. Cheers for the reply guys. I’ll have a play with the settings to see what I can come up with.
  7. I have just noticed that there is now a radio menu for FC3 aircraft. Going into the controls configuration menu it looks like it allows you to select different frequencies on up to 3 radios, as in the A-10C. I was wondering if this is supposed to be?
  8. It’s been nearly a year since I started this thread. Has there been any change on this subject please?
  9. An Apache training style campaign which ultimately finishes with a flight in total darkness, totally dependant on your instruments.
  10. The A/A requires FC3 while the A/G uses the SU25T. So Dave should be able to fly the A/G variant.
  11. Just out of curiosity Dave, do you have FC3 and have you tried both A/A and A/G variants please?
  12. I have also had a successful flight in the Gripen, with no issues.
  13. I’m going to download it and see what I can come up with. I take it you have tried all the usual things?
  14. Do you have any other user mods? There may be a conflict.
  15. The link comes up as expired or wrong.
  16. The -10 or dash 10 is the official pilots manual for individual aircraft types. Each aircraft has a series of topics to segregate systems for the aircraft. The Dash 10 is the user manual, if you like.
  17. Sorry YoYo, it didn’t work for me last time I was on DCS. I’ll check again next time I’m on.
  18. I’d settle for an AI version of this aircraft. Absolutely fantastic mod.
  19. Sorry Max, the question wasn’t directed at you personally Will the AI version be on your discord when you release it please.
  20. Will the AI version be available on your discord please?
  21. Thanks for your post Toriy. As I mentioned to BigNewy, I did a bit of digging on google and apparently external lighting for the Yak is optional and I managed to find pictures to prove this. I just thought it would be nice to have. As you pointed out, it would also be nice to be able to mount the NS430 somewhere too. I generally fly in VR and it is quite difficult with the virtual gps in the middle of the screen.
  22. I’ll agree on that. I’d love to see the Jag in DCS, especially those over wing sidewinder launchers. Awesome
  23. Pictures for you BigNewy. They are off the internet but they are off real Yak-52’s. Also according to google they can fit external lights as optional extras.
