I tested in VR and 2D 2.9 MT - both are fine in the same map place on the kneeboard. I suggest: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/faq/repair/#2463807 and temporarily rename "DCS" or "DCS.openbeta" folder to "Temp" in the user folder: C:\Users\<User Name>\Saved Games\.. and start the DCS again

I wouldn't worry about hurting aircraft side of DCS by adding more detailed vehicle simulation. Among TOP 5 wishlist requests are ATC, DC and AI improvements. While vehicles would need their own radio system to keep contact with other units/commanders/HQ, the DC and AI is all about ground units impovements, like pathfinding, threat reactions, attack profiles... you know, more I into AI. This stays in line with attack aircraft drivers' wishes. They're no longer happy with pounding stationary targets.

This is overspeed protection. Likewise the flaps will extend back when the speed drops below 240kts if they were extended before the automatic retraction. Correct as is. You can still use F to control flaps provided you're at the correct speed. -
It's IR guided missile, so no SARH and no HOJ possibility here.

We can see more and more F-15E buyers expecting the C performance. I can't blame them for trying but the demand is obviously there.

You're free to omit it, just like all the other boring stuff like cold start, taxi, take off, climb out, looong way to the target area, rtb... You also have the option of time acceleration. The simulation starts and ends whenever you want.

I tried to replicate with dynamic weather but I'm not seeing such effect. Can you share some simple mission/track? Remember to try without mods and perform DCS repair/clean.

Yes, no doubt here, AIM-54 is big and draggy, so it is slow down low, as it should be. Even its engine is built for high altitude thrust and is severely disadvantaged in low altitude (I'm sure @tavarish palkovnik would happily tell you why). Other, lighter and thinner missiles are much better suited for these cases however Phoenix will probably still win in the pure chase range.

That's what we try to avoid - using external apps. It works in F-14 as single press, just saying.

Already answered. Have a read: Devs say to not expect any dramatic changes. Performance (FM) is fine as-is now but guidance, some modes/transition simulation and maybe CCM behavior can still be improved. Nothing major though. You say Phoenix is too good for CW servers? That means it works, right? Blame USN for developing Long Range Missiles for their fleet defenders. Your missile works vs AI but not vs players? You can't blame them for learning how to defend either kinematically or by well placed notching. Are you sure your shooting parameters are fine and take advantage of the missile specifics? Does AMRAAM have 100% pk for you? Instead of general "it's bad", please, send us some track or acmi, we'll check and tell you why your missile didn't connect. Then we'll have far more constructive discussions.

I see at least 3 posts from you keeping on with the minor bug and module incompleteness. Doesn't look like you moved on. Just saying. I want it fixed too, if you noticed, it's just about attitude here.

Can't help with that one. Last time I trialed Hornet (some years ago) it logged my hours. Let's see what dcs.log says. Maybe corrupted logbook.lua file or file access problem.

Please, stop whining and do a proper bug report if you care. Did you forget the Early Access info when clicking Buy? https://forum.dcs.world/topic/190288-what-is-dcs-world-early-access-amp-open-beta/#comment-190334 [Early Access is an option for you to play this module in an early state, but it will be incomplete with bugs.] They can: by combat damage, mechanical damage, crew misoperation, ME triggered failures and probability driven failures. And yes, managing systems, clicking around every bit of cockpit is fun for many. We're nerds, remember? If I wanted only pew pew fun, I would definitely choose another product, probably cheaper at that. Of course it's a game, but of a study level flight simulator genre. Hope it answers it for you.
