I can understand that ED is not making any more FC3 modules, and I'm fine with that; I can also sort of understand people not wanting any more FC3 (I myself don't have any "full" modules), but FC3 is still one of the best flight sims out there, and with PFM either on the way or already there for all the aircraft, the only thing they're lacking is a clickable cockpit, and that seems like it would distract from combat. After all, isn't it a combat flight sim? Anyways, just my opinion, trying to defend FC3.

Yeah, the MiG-29A/G, as well as the Su-25A, ought to be declassified enough.

I don't see what everyone has against FC3 level aircraft. I mean, ED's obviously not going to make any more, they even said so, this is just a wish/idea thread. And, honestly, who doesn't like winding down after some A-10C flight? Besides, it's the only chance we have to get an official (as in, non-mod) advanced Russian (or even European) aircraft. Nobody's making you buy them, even if they did exist.

Yeah, that'd be nice. In fact, it could replace the current Su-30, as I don't think it's a real variant. By the way, will the asset pack be in an update, or will it need to be purchased?

Yeah, I'd love them, especially the MiG-29K, MiG-29M, Su-27SM3, Su-30SM1, Su-34, and Su-35S, but unfortunately a lot of information necessary to make a full-fidelity, PFM, clickable-cockpit module of any of the ones I've listed is classified. ED was going to make a full Su-27SM, but it had to be turned into the FC3 Su-27S, because of the new MOD laws.

Um, perhaps you should first try the training missions with only the stick and throttle set up, then decide what you want on the stick. That's what I did.

For the throttle, go into axis commands, then select the 'Joy Z' command, then clear it, then double-click on where it used to be, the move your throttle up and down. After it registers, hit 'Okay". That works for me, at least.

I love FC3 (in fact, I currently don't even have any clickable modules), and I voted all of them. Plus, they might be cheaper, and then I'd get the F-16C and F/A-18C right away.

I know it's coming to DCS, but just out of curiosity, how come in DCS F-16 wish threads, no one's ever mentioned the FSX F-16. I don't have it, but it is newer than Falcon, and I just wondered why no one's ever mentioned it.

Can't all blocks past and including 30 use the HARM?

I know the Falcon is already coming, but what about the FSX Falcon? Nobody's ever mentioned it when talking about other Falcon simulations.

F-111F would be cool, though Su-24M would be still cooler. Or, *cough cough*, the MiG-29M, as it's not a production model.

Will the missiles, in particular the R-77, get an updated flight model with increased range?

I've seen pictures of Ds with combat loads, and I know that they are used, just not as often. By the way, how exactly do multi-seat aircraft work in single player? I don't have any, so I'm wondering if you get to decide which seat you're in, and what the skill level of the AI in the same aircraft is.

As I said in another thread, the F-16DJ Block 50D would fix everything, as it's multi-crew, SEAD-capable, and it's an F-16. Plus, it's a later block with a GE engine.

It's used by China (and, like every unit, the USAF Aggressors). It's basically the same as the Su-27S, but it can hold 2 rocket launchers or bombs on the inboard pylons, and can use the R-77.

True the MiG-31 can't maneuver worth anything, but it could just provide BVR cover for MiG-29Ss or Su-27Ss that could obliterate the enemy in WVR. Besides, it's just fun to shoot at enemies before they can shoot at you, I once used a mod that allowed me to use the R-24T, R-33, R-40T, and R-77 on the Su-27, and those+R-60M on Su-33 (so, I know what the R-33 is like).

We need an AI S-400 system! The S-300 system decimates AI F-15Cs, so I wonder what an S-400 system would do...
