For the airbase to become a friendly airbase (i.e. red --> blue) you need to have friendly ground units on the airbase. You can try it in the ME. Setup a hostile airbase with 2 easy to kill units, and let a couple of friendly units kill them and then move onto the field.
If they start shooting at you... they are probably hostile... :D
No, just kidding. Like you said, if the the F10 map denotes it's white, you cannot refuel rearm there, you have to find a friendly airfield (i.e. red or blue, whichever you are).
*Bigger* is an understatement ;)
Though I'd LOVE a DCS level blackbird, I don't think it'd be flown a lot, purely based on it's role (basically, fly over and take some pictures).
Yes saw this about a week ago. Very cool!!
LOVE the Allmighty Blackbird!!!

And another one ;) (different guy though)

While I have no real issue with trackir / switches now, I like how it's done in falcon BMS. I.e. if you hover your mouse over a switch, it snaps to it.
That's the only info the guy gave me lol :)
The gaugepack is incredibly small! I'm sure it will fit in such a space. It's 1:1 replica from the real deal.
Agreed on the sub dial pointers though.
Yes quite so. The guy I talked to said they developing/designing this hardware together with "cockpit restorers" who apparently have access to full size A-10C cockpit(s). They already have a set of 1:1 scale set of engine instruments which work beautifully! They displayed them at the FSweekend show. They had an A-10C (with TM WH) setup and those gauges. Smooth, accurate and good looking, but (a bit) expensive...

Name one that applies to PCI-e 2 v 3.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to be a smart arse, I'd love to be corrected but I don't think it'll make any difference in the current DCS engine.
Does it make a difference in FPS in DCS? Because that's the point. Off course *technically* there is a difference!
And to answer your question, no. I haven't done any benchmarking. But knowing the current DCS engine, v2 -v- v3 performance wise won't make any difference *I guess* (how's that? Better that way? :P)
