  1. Yes you can have them at both ends? Take the bridge out from between the the two throttles and flip the detent over? See video below.. How does that negate the idle/cut-off detent? :huh: Idle/cut-off detent and AB detents are completely independant of eachother... I use them both daily, and swap the AB detent on/off given the aircraft I'm flying at that point. aqqk0fWnFOo
  2. TM WH? If so: huh? The included detent with the WH can achieve exactly this?
  3. Accusim in DCS... Now THAT I'd love to see!
  4. I know right! :D I've got a trackday coming up on monday... 200 euro entry... 150 euro brakepads... 400 euro tyres... 50 euro petrol... And that's for 5x 20 minutes:music_whistling::megalol:
  5. I think that's a "getting used to it" process. Once you've got enough hours on it you can easily depress the switch without inputting X-Y motions. At least, that's what happens for me :P :D
  6. F*ck me... So I've tried it for some time this evening... If anyone is ever on the fence on getting this... Do it. THIS is what the slew control should have been from the beginning. So much nicer controller the various sensors!
  7. Received it yesterday :) In terms of feel, -this- is what the slew control should have been from the beginning. Couldn't test it ingame though - only after replacing the control did I check which firmware version I have on my WH and it wasn't the latest LOL So, back to pulling it apart when I get home later :)
  8. Yep :) Very cool soundtrack which I play regularly!
  9. Whoa.... Why didn't I hear about this before??? Incredible work!!! Very much looking forward to seeing the end result! My hat is off to you sir. Well done!
  10. I use the CMS push function for trim... But then again, I don't use trim a lot. I usually trim once, just before take-off to approximate the hover position of the cyclic and leave it there, pretty much for the duration of the flight. I also, always have the AP bank and pitch channels switched on. The heading & altitude I have mapped to my stick for easy access.
  11. No - it should automatically update. Did you also push the slider for the gun ammo to 100%?
  12. To what length of modifications are you willing to go for to that chair? An alternative could be to source a car seat from a junkyard and build your stuff onto that.
  13. And R-alt + numpad 0 saves it as the new default eye point
  14. Trial and error :) With the linear curve you can judge if the AB is before or after the detent (usually after), and by how much. Then it just takes some practice and trial and error to get the correct spot, make the result linear and correct the AB spot again. Usually it takes me around 10-15 minutes or so to setup a curve.
  15. Hmm that's not something that I recognise... What occasionally happens is that the AB will take a second to disengage, but that's not frequent...
  16. That could be the variance because (I suspect) you're using a 3D printed detent?
  17. DAMN... forgot to do it yesterday... Sorry guys, I'll set a reminder for tonight :music_whistling: It is pretty much lineair. I have no problem with very fine throttle control on these curves.
