I am missing the popup window which tells me that someone wants to join the plane in multiplayer. Last night I had the situation that someone suddenly was sitting behind me and took over the plane easily. Anybody else having such an issue (or at least noticed this)?

there is a button to bind for exporting the displays correctly - it is located in your controls-setup you can find it in "Cockpit Displays & Illumination" as Action "VTB Viewport ON/OFF"

Totally true and loooong needed of course! I'd rather see the 23 released before the 19 to be honest, but not my decision ;) As long as we're getting both i am satisfied

the chances against other planes don't really count that much to me, i just want quality time :D yep, more migs !! ;)

Currently DCS is pretty unstable, at least yesterday evening it was... We usually fly the MiG21 but the L39 is seen gladly as well in our group. It isn't quite a dogfighter, more like a light striker. So we use it on Alpenwolfs Cold War server, or on other servers like Kirks hangar... or on Aerobatics servers, just for fun. Currently we don't have an own server, since we're still waiting for the dedicated server implementation. So our focus are the mentioned servers. ;)

Hi Aries! I think we've talked some time ago about our group. You're asking for specialized L39 / Ka50 pilots. We have some people in our group flying those planes / helis, but we're not that specialized onto them. If you're interested, you can still have a look and try it out with us, if not, no problem, nobody would be mad ;) Would be glad to hear from you. cheers!

i mapped a zoom to my controls, so i can read all that - helps me in every module

it wasn't meant as critic, i am just worried about the few people online at the moment. and it could be less if one is no watching about them ... but on the other hand of course it could attract people because of a new setting which is not again on caucasus ;) @alpenwolf: great, looking forward to it, hope there will be good numbers of players!

not everybody owns the persian gulf map - you'd loose a lot of people eventually edit: but i agree, the PG theater would be awesome for the cold war era ... ;)

this might be a noble suggestion, but since this should be a study sim, it is just not right to do.

just a suggestion: since we have l39 on the red side, it would be great to use them on "bigger" targets such as buildings or depots against blue. finding scattered tanks here and there as target (with not much info where they should be in the briefing) is not "that" motivating for the l39 pilots among us ;) Nevertheless, i like the setting very much !! :D

complete overcast is a way more realistic scenario in this area so i would want to see this rather than only clear sky

thrust reverser seems to work again. :D haven't tried other things in the changelog though

how many beamers will you use and where do you position them? will you use some tape or anything on the gap in the middle?

i was there yesterday and just heard as the gci said goodbye ;) it seems i just need to practice spotting a lot more... :noexpression:
