  1. Because we would then see that the bug is already listed in the bug tracker and then rest assured that it is acknowledged and will be dealt with in due course. What is happening now (speaking from my own experience at least), is that a lot of people is reposting bugs because they don't know if they have been noticed by you guys. It would also of course help new players to have a look at the tracker to see if it's listed as a bug in order to A) Not spend time to repost it B) know that it's a bug and not only wrong procedure from their side. And to comment on your edit; no it's not really a problem for the users except that the bug forum get's a bit hard to overlook. But the main benefit from a user perspective would be to just get a one-stop-shop for the list of current bugs and for an acknowledgement of the bug so we can sleep peacefully at night :)
  2. An official bug tracker would be nice so we can stop reposting already (without our knowledge) listed/known bugs. As a lot of us are really dedicated fans and we are of course worried that some bugs will remain uncatered to etc.
  3. From what movie is this eye candy? :shocking:
  4. Can't wait to buy this sexy module once the new cockpit upgrade is out! :clap_2:
  5. Hooray! Even though I was disappointed that you didn't keep your word on getting Viggen out of EA in 2018 I still love you guys. You're simply the best developer in DCS
  6. Good stuff! Learning the systems properly through the manual is half the fun. I'm lurking here since months and I think I will hit the purchase button as soon as the cockpit texture is released.
  7. Another two years till we have the Draken then.
  8. What's the plan here? Has RAZBAM said they're going to modernize the cockpit textures as well?
  9. Well, he said that a year ago as well... 2018 were to be the "year of Viggen content" so if history has anything to say about it I wouldn't hold my breath...
  10. Ok thanks. Are there any differences between the two? I mean, PD is supposed to do the same thing as SS, isn't it?
  11. With 204% SS in SteamVR, what PD setting do you have in DCS?
  12. I think this is why I'm not really enjoying my newly bought Index... I haven't played DCS so much recently in anticipation for my Index to arrive. I install the Index, update the game and go from a solid 45 with the Rift to like 20-25 with the Index although I lowered the PD quite significantly... Update: Reverted back to the open beta of 7/31 but sadly I have similar performance.
  13. Another true delta coming is the J 35 Draken albeit only as an AI (but I would love it as a module though).
  14. Well, things change ;) I bet there is more money on the military simulation side so I wouldn't be surprised if the F-14 is the last one either although it would be a great loss for the community.
  15. I can confirm that you will as I just did the same (albeit with 1 base station). In Steam VR choose Settings->Room setup->Standing only and you can do it. You can not do it by only putting on your HMD because then it want you to use the controllers to set it up.
  16. Good catch! I support your request.
  17. Because according to the original aircraft documentation (in Swedish), the thrust reverser should only engage (i.e. produce reverse thrust) when the circuit breaker in the nose wheel assembly is closed which happens when it is depressed. I assume that as long as the petals is not 100% closed the exhaust gases will still escape backwards (although with a higher pressure) which still produce forward thrust. If the closing initiates before the nose wheel is depressed it will still not have time to engage (i.e. close entirely) if the circuit breaker isn't closed within a second, because as someone stated, it will take about 1.5 seconds to close the petals and the petals will reopen before that happens. Ergo, you will only have effective reversed thrust with the nose wheel down.
  18. It should only engage on nose wheel touchdown. Regarding the closing of the engine petals I don't know but the function described in the manual sounds likely. If I understand your post correctly there seems to be nothing wrong with how the reverser system works.
  19. Yeah I know but I like having the button just like in the Hornet. It feels more realistic than to find a keyboard command, especially since I only play in VR. :)
  20. I hope Heatblur will fix all these bugs soon so this bird finally can leave Early Access. It's kind of flabbergasting that anything can be considered (and allowed by ED) to be early access 2.5 years after it's initial release... :(
  21. Read in another thread that they already decided on making the Mirage 2000D so no need to speculate more...
  22. It wouldn't be bad if they also implemented for instance the possibility of busted tires and the button for adjusting the elevation of the seat just to name a few details that I would appreciate :)
  23. Ok, thanks! Then I will wait some more until they deliver fully on their MLO etc. then...
  24. I'm thinking I may get this sexy looking aircraft after all since RAZBAM seems to have got its act together finally... Haven't read all 44 pages so how is the progress on the updates guys? Is the pilot body back in the pit? What are the major bugs/remaining issues with this one?
