I understand that a the initial production 9.12 is to be developed or being developed so I don't expect this in reality but still gonna put it in the wish list for ED. The MiG-29S would be more on par with the current 4th generation Blufor fighters in DCS, especially with the Typhoon around the corner.

Didn't take long to get used to the taxiing. Also, I would love to use the A-4 in the main Cold War servers. Would actually feel a tad safer in it than flying the lumbering A-10 as hard as that is to believe.

Would still prefer the S. Like the B, the F-4N didn't come with the M61 to my understanding.

I don't know about an update to the current Bis but I'd love to see other variants of the 21 like the F-13, MiG-21S/MF or a modern version (LanceR).

Definitely a naval variant. Ended up voting for the F-4S just due to the smokeless engines although a late variant F-4J would be okay in my book. Down the line, I also think the F-4G Wild Weasel V would be interesting as it could fit in with post-1990 scenarios.

Haven't heard anything on a MiG-27 so will put that in the doubt pile for now. That would be nice though.

Sorry to ask but how does one remove the refueling probe door?

The MLD variant would have been awesome to get just due to improved control surfaces and slightly improved radar over the MLA (Same radar as the MiG-29A). It also received the R-27. Maybe someday Razbam will be able to do the Flogger-K. Still looking forward to the Flogger-G.

I love the sun and moon lighting in the cockpit but noticed other external light sources such as from floodlights on runways and on the supercarrier don't appear in the cockpit. I hope this is in the pipeline.

I think this would have alot of potential as it has both historical and modern relevance. Obviously with a modern setting, you have already: Kadena AB MCAS Futenma JASDF Naha.

Thanks for clarifying. I've noticed the SA-20B does not fire its missiles. I tested both TR mast and truck and the launchers simply don't fire despite the radars tracking a target. Did not run into this problem with the S-400 or S-300V4/VM.

"Bump" Agreed. They all need atleast a graphical touch-up. Parts of the F-15 like the throttle just look poorly detailed. I know ED is improving AI models so I hope they will look at updating the FC3 internal graphics at some point in the future.

Are you considering creating any of the Tor variants like the M1 and M2 to the mod?

The F-111F Aardvark would be the absolute GOAT for 80s era Cold war aircraft. I think we could also use more variants of other Redfor birds. (the Fishbed C and D; the MiG-23M/MF, etc.)

Personally I would love more balance among the modern era aircraft by seeing more Redfor platforms but RL politics just aren't going to allow for it and that will probably remain the status quo for quite some time. I do love the Cold War era and hope to still see some more platforms jump in. The MiG-27 and or Su-17/22. Possibly the early version of the Su-24 Fencer.

From what ED said, the AIM-7P only has a slightly larger warhead so it's basically a copy paste of the 7MH I assume performance wise. I do hope the Sparrow gets some attention as the 7M/MH seems to underperform compared to the RL counterpart as far as range.

Have never found any info on what specific radar the Active Duty F-16s are sporting. I'd be alittle surprised they'd still be using the V5 radar although with COIN being the primary mission for the last 20 years, maybe it shouldn't surprise then that TGPs would receive the higher priority over a radar upgrade.

A larger Black Sea map would be interesting and it's unfortunate to me that we will likely never see Crimea as well as Southern Ukraine ever become useable terrain as it was in LOMAC.

Didn't know what was meant by going into space until I tested it at 36k, going Mach 1.3. Let the Mk60 missile go at 57nm from target and didn't see it at first until I looked straight up. The Phoenix leveled off eventually and guided right into the Su-27 I had set up as it was trying to notch. It's an interesting loft profile for sure. I hope the AIM-54C gets the updates soon that really set it apart from the older A model Phoenix.

I'm getting this as well but it's a texture with the F/A-18s afterburner causing it. I've done a full repair as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the Hornet module but the problem persists.
