Followed above advice on deleting all those folders and certainly have a FPS improvement. :thumbup:

Ive found you need to re adjust your gamma settings with the new lighting, then the over saturated or overblown instances are greatly reduced :thumbup:

Hey Baltic, do you currently have a work in progress training mission for the jdams?

Can’t you just have the map default to ww2 setup when you set the year to the ww2 era, would make things much better in my opinion. I hope this comes as a feature and is put in the from the beginning for any future maps that where involved in the ww2 theatre.

Ya buttkicker is useless running it off sounds, get the software so it’s run off telemetry data. Makes a huge difference with stick and rudder aircraft.

Dead serious, in vr and most importantly with a buttkicker with the software for dcs you know exactly the feel of the flight envelopes. I don’t know why people can’t out maneuver k4 in a p51. Suppose not having the true tactile feedback from the telemetry data is a big negative. Once I got the above setup warbirds became a whole new dimension. Every time I get online under another alias I always outmaneuver the Germans in the pony. Well the k4 was faster in certain areas, I find outmaneuvering German birds easy in the p51. Don’t see why many have adopted the defeatist mentality, the boys back in the day executed with what they had. Have yet to have a engine governor shot out. Maybe maneuver more?

Ya I’m literally confused as to absolutely no comms from ugra at all. Ya the map is being worked on and so is the asset pack but how many years we have to wait for developer notes and or screens to show progress or single ai units to be released. I think the ww2 side of dcs would explode if mod tools and such came about and the talented modders bring in the content.

? I know what ugra has done or is going to do. I was expressing my excitement the Ed map team is doing boddenplatte map for dcs, as they do awesome job on maps. Unlike ugra, and the other sims map team.
