Pretty sure some of you have your iPd set wrong in game. Had to set mine to 50 and may go to 45 for the f16. It’s very small for me on standard settings compared to other birds. Using rift s and real world iPd is 61.7 Vis and readability is amazing for me so cool in vr

I’ll happily stick with my life experience. Could dcs have better gfx effects with this sure, For each type of terrain and moisture content you bet. It’s not there yet and hope it gets that detailed, but until then fly no lower than what 20 ft and you won’t kick anything up. Can’t base everything off YouTube videos, earth has allot of meteorological variances. One day nothing from rotor wash next day dust fest.:thumbup:

Well sorry to say but that was a waste of money. Like others say your minimums for ghz should be 5ghz. Going from 8700k to that ouch not worth it.

A8 textures look the best to me in vr as well as the improved details. I use shadows and cockpit illumination or whatever it’s called. The pits look horrible without shadows :thumbup:

Thats not called fantasy weapons, as it was viable variants for all we know where and are currently in operation. We cant get the facts on the internet, but im pretty positive ED can with their other ventures and contracts. Anyways the stuff ive seen in their screenshots of new model directly reflects what you can see open source aka pics of ka50 with same systems as seen on the developer screen shots.

:doh: this thread exists, last i checked this is Digital COmbat Simulator, not a game like warthunder or il2 that has balance because its aimed at being a game and fun. Not simulating actual reality. This is what makes having the best weaponry in the real world so powerful. Makes engagements easier and safer for the User.

Had exact same problem, this is what fixed it for me. Dcs repair 4 times. Delete everything out of savegames folder Reset My Pc overclock It was a issue when flak started that crushed the frames well which exact one above fixed it for me? I assume the repair and or delete savegames folder contents. You could just cut and paste the savegames folder contents somewhere and let dcs rebuild then paste back you controls config im sure...

Yes you are missing allot by using stable version. A8 is only released in the open beta version at this time and more than likely be a couple weeks before its released to stable.
