What's the latest version of DCSFP that's working? I can get 3.3.9 to work. Any version after that, it won't even run the program for some reason. I can go back to 3.3.9 easily and things work.

Adobe Photoshop Version: 20.0.4 x64, according to the Help window. I've used Paint Shop Pro for years and years for skinning, but it wouldn't open these newer .psd's, so I purchased a license for Photoshop. It opens every other .psd in the zip just fine, not the tail one for some strange reason.

That's what I thought, and yet the next two downloads all did the same thing. I grabbed them from the link in this thread, Mediafire I think? Weird that all the others work just fine.

Noticed the crew vests in the latest screenshots have CVN-74 on them, so I'm guessing we'll see at least a Stennis as a new Nimitz in game? Hopefully, other ships in the class as well, since the Stennis is already the newest base carrier in game. Would be kind of weird to see two of them on a map, wouldn't it?

Anyone else have a problem with the tail.psd not opening, due to some sort of "unexpected end of file" warning? Every other .psd opens just fine, just not the tail one.

Wags stated in the PC Pilot interview that MAC would be a separate stand-alone, but part of the SOS, or standard operating system, of ED...meaning they would share things with DCS but run independently. Edit - That was January/February 2019 issue.

Has it been announced which Nimitz carrier this new one will be? CVN-71? 75? Or, will there be more than one carrier available? Just curious. :)

To install as a campaign instead of individual missions, do we need to make a folder for the campaign missions or just place them in the Saved Games campaign/en folder? Sorry, not real familiar with DCS's mission folder structure.

Is there any way to increase the size of that FPS counter? My old eyes are straining to see it.

In NineLine's press release for this week, there's this entry: "Initial, work-in-progress wing tip vortices wakes was added. This must be enabled from Options" I seen the Wake Turbulence checkbox. Anyone seen the Wing Tip Vortice Wake one? I've been through every panel in Options and I can't find it. Or are they combined as part of the wake turbulence effects?

My guess is we'll see the Forrestal some time after the Nimitz module is released, so HB can take advantage of any new technology developed for the new carrier.

Is there a feature list of the new carrier module anywhere?

Maybe it'll get added when the F-16 makes it's debut, since they've flown it.

I bet most think the solution means they'll be able to use it in some way, too. There may be a shock if it turns out the solution just greys it out for them, like planes do. Glad to see ED figured something out, or at least has a plan for it.

For me, all external lights are totally off or so low, their glow is non-existent.

Is there anyone that has a copy of the template that has opened it with Paint Shop Pro? I've used it for years to open .psd's but it won't open this one at all. It works on all the ED templates, but not this latest HB one.

You know, that invasion of my cockpit space in the early release days of the F-14 has left me severely traumatized, unable to cold start aircraft now without a constant fear hovering over me, that some random person is going to hop in and start firing off Phoenix missiles at everyone. I'm starting to wonder just what Heatblur's going to do about that for me. :joystick: :megalol:
