takes time round here for the right folk to answer. it is hard to trim precisely and often comes down to power settings that can help with the trimming. also formation pilot dont often trim precisely, they often fly trimmed slightly nose down, so the pressure on the stick is not relieved. i.e always adjusting outwith any dead zone or neutral control zone. many have proved formation is more than possible without playing with the sensitivity of the controls... im sure someone will be along. im certainly not best to advise.

yep much better, less flourescent flavour ! you need to generate image tags for displaying pics here on this site without uploading them, if you upload yes...itll pop up as a thumbnail image linking to main image, which is good still. cuts down on forum loading times. and folks should still click etc etc. it goes kinda like this but these tags are generated from the source site your image is on. i use photobucket and imgur, and on them there is option for posting on site such as this. your wrap a link with some code %5B/color%5D%5Bcolor=royalblue%5DDirect%20Link%5B/color%5D%5Bcolor=red%5D with your link in the middle. ill try show you .... a way to improve both skins commented here is to reduce that level of green in them. Another skinner chap has done similar change to great effect.

ive read this whole section and well most of you really ought to be ashamed of yourselves with your hidden agendas behind your communications. its Pathetic. i fully support you REd1 and well please do not give a toss about how these long term members feel about what you are doing. but do yourself a favour and dont rise to the bait. And consider being a team player always. we need more young enthusiastic capable people around here as part of the community. Nobody ever accused me or verbally opposed what i do considering i`ve never released any of my work, keep up the good work, get older, wiser and more talented ;) Also remember its a private forum, not a public forum and not everything is cool. i cant say myself what you are doing is worth it or cool, but what is, is that you are 12 apparently and well it can only get better. so make it happen. and dont be a fanboy of your own work. That is a very dangerous path to go down. i know because ive been there recently with my work. And it will only end in dissapointment considerably. It is important you understand why you are doing what you are, and also afterwards why you are telling the forum members, Remember nobody likes a show off, especially around here. I did what i did to show off and well i wont be releasing what i work on because of that. Because i made stuff for all the wrong reasons. Life is full of lessons on a daily basis even at 38 years. so please heed my advice to you young sir with some aspiring talents.

nice. link doesnt work presently, it should be more approriatly placed in the DCS mods/skinning section with full screenshots here. but no harm really. its just that many may miss it later on once this fills up further.

good to hear your well MegOhm. my issue with DCS is simply "when" given there concept of it`ll be done when its done and not a word untill. its wained my interest actually. and i will be flying nevada (a10beta build) when i get back to it. thanks for the positive vibes on the banners. i say skateboarding but its longboarding, 20 years since i had skated, best thing ive done in 20 years :) yes off topic. just friendlyness though, something this whole place lacks at times. and im ok with editing the posts if requested. might do some more p51 banners soon if anyone interested. simple screenshots are to basic and so common so ill be going with this reduced colour diffused style at the per pixel level.

nice work for first skin, regards constructive criticism i think you want to look at that shade of yellow you have, not in your paint program, but relate the real yellow colour envisioned on your source images to this what you haveand make your changes appropriatly. edit(what i mean is what you have in paint porgram isnt what you have on screen due to layering of shaders to produce the object ingame) good job none the less :thumbup: 2nd edit, your green channel is to powerfull in that yellow.

yeh i`ve missed this thread too. Found due to needing to express how awesome my new instrument is. i play bass guitars, guitars and Citar. a while back it dawned on me that i love the sound so much but the instrument is so illusive i never looked into. yesterday i recieved my shakuhachi ! Think bill carradine telling the the story of Pei Mei in killbill2. Anyone play this around these parts ? it is the most wonderfull instrument ive heard or played, 6th century japanese bamboo flute

i think that was relativly harmless comment, that could have just been ignored rock had you got out of bed the right side. what you didnt do is take a picture of the aircraft at the prefered time of day, if you had they`d all be singing your praises for the skin. (which is a little problem with the rendering system for the "non intended" shinny skins) and which led me to be reluctant to release anything, the shinny skins are great and all. but not before 15:00 hrs. for the record you refer to an old friend ? which is definetly not me. im presently not interested and dont feel i have any friends around this place so if that comment was ment for me, your simply barking up the wrong tree on the wrong side of the bed. rule #1 shinny skins are great viewing, just not before 15:00 hrs.

i love it, but admitedly never got to play it much online. then other things came along. Good solid game though, using a range of realistic units from a number of nations, its realism comes in a pseudo form to accomodate for that fact its a well balanced and varied, Fair strategy game.

its just all delayed but the first was to be a benchmarking tool. btw they just announced ferrari licencing ! looks gorge !

very dissapointed with LFS... i mean stage 3 where ? but it did bring some explicitly good times due to its stats infrastructure, i strangely love that cruising mode too. alas its to old now and the physics were fun but were also so wrong but like NKP the handling of the steering column hasnt been done so well before. the demo for Assetto Corsa is a benchmarking tool, not a get to play with it demo.

asetto corsa is the succesor or update to Netkar Pro by kunos. imo-the most interesting physics heavy racing sim to date.

Hard to get back into things that i used to do here. but the weather should start helping that lol. although ive now started learning the shakuhachi in order to find some inner peace. i maybe back to dcs soon.

somthing niggling away at me about FC3, i cant decide to get it or not, but i think i can explain why. FC3 i can only describe as a port of a game. this is what puts me off. how it sits with everything else etc. i feel a bit sad about that. but i also think within the new architecture of world, Ed could have easily defined a new IP to take LO/FC to a new era simply through a reformat of the existing content and delivery with a new name. and a new reason to "flog" it !
