I've learned several meanings of "two weeks". In German it only means 14 days

Be aware that Oasis driver only works with Nvidia GPUs. Don't know whether support for other GPUs is planed (or possible).

[Known issue] Barometric Altimeter Switch Stuck
Tom Kazansky replied to Model98's topic in Bugs & Problems
Well, the last F-4E patches from Heatblur are from May 21st. The fix was confirmed June 30. So the fix might have made it but the HB patches are still to come. Let's w8&c -
I don't get it.

I use a mouse with extra klicks/keys with moving the mouse wheel left or right. So I avoid the double klick and just do a right klick on the wheel. It's also just a workauround - not what you've asked for, I know.

Tom Kazansky replied to Kayos's topic in Virtual Reality
That's good to read. I'd appreciate any report of your experience with Oasis over the days comming. Guess some other people here also like to know if it's time to change to Win11 with the G2. -

I get your point. But there are whole world civil sims that work without streaming with only moderate disk space needed. And until DCS gets it released, maybe 1 Terrabyte SSD for that whole world isn't quite as much as it sounds today? I like the spherical aspect of the project. On a flat earth, aircraft never disappear behind the horizon.

Exactly this. On my first left turn after the very first take off in VR I swore the whole house moved. No kidding. But (spoiler) this fades away rather quickly. A human brain gets used to almost everything I guess. The feeling to be inside an aircraft high up in the clouds stayed.

Yeah, falling in love with cockpits in VR became my adiction. I bought modules, that I might have avoided in 2D, because of that, with no regrets though. So I go with @Killg0re NL...

Well, looking at all the bug reports of all the modules in DCS, we already have random-like failures.

Auto pilot ignores rudder aerodynamics
Tom Kazansky replied to Tom Kazansky's topic in Bugs and Problems
Thank you. Better late than never. Here at the latest version of DCS, the issue is still like described in OP. I almost hate to bother you but when you work on the rudders while the artificial AP is engaged, would you mind to take a look at the ailerons too? Here is what looks bad: While moving the stick left or right and the artificial AP is engaged, the stick trembles (= minor issue to me), but with the stick the ailerons tremble as well in an amost unlimited speed. Holding the stick still in any position from full left to right stops the trembnig(s). Just moving makes stick and aileron tremble. Is it possible to fix this with the rudder issue? Good news: the elevators with the AP on work perfectly. Thank you! -

Oasis Driver now in Steam Store for windows mixed reality

Well I get your point but asking if a version of a 3rd party driver will run with a certain version of Win11 seems to be valid, especially after significant Windows updates. Here it's quite obvious that Oasis will be made for the latest Windows 11 versions, because that's what it's all about, though. -
