  1. Thanks for pointing that out. Will look at it tomorrow.
  2. I agree with the difficulty in trimmng the Hog but you might want engaging the AP (LAAP) once you've trimmed it out as best you can. That seems to settle the aircraft down for you too disengage it and fly hands-off but will return to the lazy drunkin turn rate once you start any maneuvers.
  3. Yurgon, I made my own Kneeboard checklists to help players with the campaign. I'll fix this post haste. Thanks. Hello Everyone, I missed this message and will make the corrections this week. Thank you all for the heads up.
  4. Hi, I'm curious. Have you had a chance to complete the mission and if so what did / didn't you like about it?
  5. Thanks for that Stuka. I noticed the item in the changelog but couldnt figure out what it meant. Thank you. John
  6. Read the README doc in the package. There are a number of ways tto interact with the JTAC as well as a few scripts that aslo work. Google is your friend.
  7. OK, got it sorted out and have submitted it for the next update (after the current 2.9 OB update). Thanks for the heads up. The Jolly voiceover wasn't loading for some reason.
  8. CTLD does not use MOOSE. It uses MIST.
  9. Let me look at it and get back to you. What version of DCS World are you on?
  10. Not autocorrect, just my limited vocabulary at work.
  11. I think I've stated before, there's really no way to cross the Euphrates other than fjording through the water. I haven't found any way to cross over the few bridges or dams. Example: vehicles can't cross over the bridge in south Raqqa as well as the dam just north of Tabqa and the next one just west of Raqqa. Also, I'd really like to see the U.S. Green Village plotted in Grid Square FU47. I'd also like to thank you for the great job with the last update as well as the many (U.S.) FOB's you've added. If it would help, I've done quite a bit of research regarding most U.S. and Coalition OP/LP/FOB's in Syria and have plotted them if you need them. Msg me if interested. John
  12. Just a quick note that the desired airfield charts are available in Raus's excellent GV5Js Datacard Generator. The latest version has most of the Syrian airfields.
  13. Another thing to think about is turning the PAC stabilizer off which will give you a wider spread of the impact area but you couldn't use this if Danger Close.
  14. Sorry, but I'm hoping you can work on this: There are very few bridges crossing the Euphrates so the only other option would be to cross using the dams. Currently, the dam in grid square DA22, the Tabqa Dam in DV66, and the dam in DV77 are not able to be crossed even though they have roads leading up too them. Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks, Johnnull nullnull
  15. So, is this an E.D. or Ugra bug? Should I report this to E.D.?
  16. No worries. Just thought you would want to know.
  17. Yup. Aircraft on the base for startup (in my new campaign) and radio set to 122.20 MHz.
  18. A-10C II at Abu al-Duhar: I honestly don't know if this is a problem with the new ARC-210 radio or with the map but not getting a response on the radio for startup, taxi, etc. when using the ARC-210 radio on 122.20 MHz.
  19. Great! So you completed it? Did you like it?
  20. Hi, thanks for letting me know. Unfortunately, Ill be unavailable to look into it until Tuesday. Regards, John
  21. Hello Everyone, As some you of know there was a problem with Mission 5 so I've uploaded the corrected mission to Google Drive for you to download. Again, my apologies to Scylla and CrystalynEntity for not acknowledging their submission of the problem. I will submit the corrected campaign to E.D. in a few days and will be a free download to everyone who purchased the campaign. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lDYHyCd_Ni5DVe3iGgyarZA9rgO0hnoE?usp=share_link Enjoy, John
  22. Thank you and I hope you enjoy the campaign and any opinions or suggestions are encouraged for my next campaign.
  23. Apologies to Scylla and CrystalynEntity OK, so I have to swallow my pride and make a public apology to Scylla and CrystalynEntity. They were both correct that the problem with Mission 5 was something stupid I did and not with anything they did or did not do. It was something stupidly simple which I forgot to change. Again, my apologies to both of them and I am offering Mission 5 gratis as it will be a week or two before the updated campaign will be available for download via the Download Manager. Download at your leisure and I sincerely hope you enjoy it. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lDYHyCd_Ni5DVe3iGgyarZA9rgO0hnoE?usp=share_link
  24. Look, I'm sorry you're having problems with this mission. I really am and I would be disappointed if I couldn't complete it. But, there's NOTHING I can do to fix this this problem. When there's a problem with a campaign or mission I've created I always acknowledge it and fix it and release the updated mission. I've done it a dozen times. But there's NOTHING I can do to fix this problem. I would be willing to bet real money that if you properly delete DCS World and all your mods and modules and then did a clean reinstall of DCS World and then your purchased modules you'd be able to complete the campaign without any problems. And E.D. really makes this incredibly easy with their download manager. The other option, if you want your mods, is for you to install a clean install of DCS World next to your mod-installed DCS World preferably on a different drive. As I said, I installed the UH-60 mod and it was brilliant, but it created a lot of problems and had to delete it and DCS World and then reinstall it to get it working again.
  25. Ok. So, what would you have me do? These are the first two reports of a problem with Mission 5 and you both admit to having mods installed = your mods are the problem. You install modifications with the clear knowledge that they can lead to undesirable problems. Thats why they are called mods and not Add-ons or Enhancements or some other name. They modify that base game (DCS World) so that they can run their individual code at the expense of stability of the base game. And if you are adding your mod to an Open BETA release (a pre-release, experimental version) than you are piling problem on top of problem and expecting it all to work out fine. But it won't. Sometimes it will if you're lucky but it generally won't work properly. I mean, if you were flying an airplane under those same conditions it would be a short flight and you wouldn't be long for this world. Now, again, what do you want ME to do about YOUR problem?
