  1. I though shaders were compiled by GPU drivers, thus a driver update (or a hardware change) might require the game to recompile the shaders, just in case anything related has changed. It's a safe bet.
  2. Or maybe it's becasue you are not seeing them all. Like it has been happening for a lot of us for the last years. I can't understand how this have not been acknowledged by ED yet. 65 servers is such a low number that it's hard to see in any moment of the day. Just counting all of the 1 player server get's you above 100 anytime. Please, do something! PD: want to see some fun wonky behaviour that I can reproduce 100% of the times? check this video where I reboot my router and magically go from 20 to 200 visible servers:
  3. Same. Everything related to the server list has been wonky for years, and has been reported a gazillion times in these forums.
  4. This has been happening for years. There sooo many threads about it. Eagle Dynamics has not done anything about it, it's like ED has not even acknowledged that the problem exist at all!
  5. It's been happening to me for the last 2 years. The list doesen't show all servers, many times it jst show <10 servers. The solution is to reboot my router (this solution works always). Right now I can see 56 servers/114 players, but I can't see Hoggit (147.135.8.169) which according to the game server web list is up and running with 17 players (and the web shows 383 servers). I cannot even join by IP (147.135.8.169:10308) because "adress unavailable" error pops up ingame.
  6. Same as well, trigger didn't fire after rejoining the other pair of M2000's.
  7. Thanks for this software! Two things: -The first post changelog should be updated. I didn't know the github version was updated and I kept waiting for news for months until yesterday I checked github. -First mission AI cruise altitude was 800 above sea level, but the terrain between waypoints was, sometimes, higher that that so the airplanes kept heading down and up all the time, not very realistic. -The IA bombers didn't engage the enmy tagets in the zone, they just reached the wp and returned back to base. -The map UI is very small, can't it be resized? I'm attaching the .miz files (I played the normal one, not the quick. in fact all is IA, wanted to watch only) liberation_nextturn.miz liberation_nextturn_quick.miz
  8. Many games refresh shaders when they update or detect a new GPU driver installed. Might be a good thing for DCS to do it by itself.
  9. Something changed. The serverlist "blinks" now, like it's trying to auto-update. Anyway, it's empty (4-5 server) unless I reset my router. This has been going on for more than a year, don't know why.
  10. Reboot the router. It works 100% times for me.
  11. There's many people in the bugs and problems subforum with this issue...since many months ago,. In my case, the solution is to reset my router, then voila, all servers appear again.
  12. The problem persists. In my case, only when I reset my router I can see the full server list (perfectly replicable, 100% of times), it's like the list hammers the router or something. This has been for more than a year now, this has been reported over and over by many people.
  13. Thanks for the url! Although there is no link/path -that I can't see- to the server list from the personal section. Also, there is no info about the version (beta, release or other)
  14. Thanks! May I suggest you package the campaign with an embbedeed python distribution that doesn't need system instalation? (python in a subforlder in the campaign)
  15. Does it work with newer versions of python? like 3.7.1
  16. I just recorded a video of my server list before and after router reset. As you can see, before the reset I was seeing 23 servers, and just after the reset 196 servers. That is replicable, I always do this after a day or two.
  17. Tell your friend to reset his router. I usually do, then the server list shows full.
  18. The server list was fine beofre 2.5, no need tp reset the router back then. An there is no problem with any other game or application. It's just DCS server list that behaves strangely. And by chance I found that by resetting the router solves the problem (and I've tested this several times, it works).
  19. I fix it by reseting the router every couple of days. If I don't do that the server list just show 3-4 servers instead of dozens.
  20. I need to reset my router every two days for DCS to show all servers (dozens). If I don't, it just shows 2-3 (almost always the same ones). No problems with other games or applications, no need for a reset.
  21. Holly molly, after tweaking my PLC extender and rebooting the router, I can see now all servers!
  22. 3 for me. It has been this way for the lasts few months
  23. According to the server list, there are dozens of servers running 2.5.0 or 2.5.1 https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/gameapi/serverlist.php But can only see like 3 of them in either version atm: -In release version 2.5.0.15365 I can only see 3 servers (Korea! 1952, PVE domination Server and 159th dedicated), but according to the list should be 93. -In beta version 2.5.1.16543 I can only see 3 (Havok Company, ITCG and DCS-NL server), but according to the list should be 78. I'm on 50Mb fiber, and connected to the router through PLC adapter.
  24. Hi! When I enter server list it usually shows 3-4 servers. After several reloads it goes up to 9/10 servers and 100-120 players. Only once in the past weeks showed dozens of servers (like 30-40, most of them empty) at first try. And sometimes, when I reload the server list goes down back to 3-4 again. I'm in 2.5 release. 50 MB broadband (Orange Spain), connected to the router through PLC
  25. I've been following the memory problems for some weeks and I'm one of those I can't play multiplayer missions anymore. Even tough we have been told there is not a bug with memory management, there is something strange going on. I'm attaching a log of a really weird thing that happened today and I don't think I've read anything similar. The steps were the following: 1- I've swithed off deferred shading, just to test if there was something wrong with it and MP. 2- I've loaded in the mission editor the 104th Operation Longbow. 3- I've launched the mission in single player, from the mission editor. It took some minutes, but after that I was in the cockpit (fps down and up, from 10-50, very unstable). 21GB of video memory reported. 4- I've exited, returning to the mission editor. 5- I've exited the mission editor and launched multiplayer interface. 6- I was about to try to join the 104th but finally I've decided to join another big server with less latency (DCS-NL). Around 20 players reportedly in it. 7- After some minutes of loading, the game did not start, but the debrief screen of single player/ME launched Operation Longbow (!!!) appeared. 42 GB of video ram reported (x2 the previously reported). That has no sense, because I launched another mission, and not from the mission editor but from the multiplayer screen. 8- I quit the screen by selecting the return to the mission editor button and the red/blue/observer screen appeared for some seconds (???), after that I appeared to the mission editor with the Operation Longbow loaded. It seems many stuff was kept in memory, even the previous loaded mission! Logs.zip
