  1. New clouds are behind the corner (hopefully), i cannot wait for full fidelity Mig-29
  2. Naah, do not say abandoned, updates to SC will come, we just need to have patience as with everything.
  3. As far as I am aware, eagerly awaited modules (as not announced) might be: Mig-29 Su-27 Ah-64 Panavia Tornado F-15C Su-24 Cargo plane? maybe something like C-130? What I think might be actually happening behind the curtains (rather my wishfull thinking) is that ED is still in active trying to get to an angreement for licencing with Russian officials. I believe this might be also the reason why they will not announce this secret module now but rather closer to the end of 2020. So i think even ED themselfs are currently not sure what will be their next module, so if in case the licencing for one aircraft fails there will be agreement for licencing for the other. This way any of the mentioned aircraft are eagerly awaited and by that statement ED will deliver what was promised. :smilewink:
  4. i shy to be the one asking but it won`t let me sleep :D was this really an april fools joke, or?
  5. Hi, i am sure devs are busy implementing features for better VR perfomance, though i feel your pain. For the past several months, probably even half a year now I have been playing DCS only in VR. I as well experience sudden drops, very often from 40fps to 11fps or so, i have GTX 1080 (non Ti), i7 8700K, 32GB, and playing with Rift S. Some campaings are unfortunately very hardly (un)playable that way.
  6. Thank you for posting, and suddenly today is much better
  7. Update very much appreciated, thanks for letting us know.
  8. I must say that cargo/ transport full fidelity aircraft would definitely catch my interest. As suggested in original post, C-130 is probably the most attractive i would take that in a heartbeat, thought i think some other airframes would be spectacular as well (if possible to develop), such as: An-12 / An-10 C-235 / C-295 L-410 C-27 One can only dream Il-76 C-47 (would fit in WWII operations nicely) When playing Oilfield campaign with Mi-8 (which i very much enjoy), i am tuned for some similar civil / military fixed wing transport operations :)
  9. I believe they will get their thread when they will be close to release A-7 in EA. You may have noticed also other 3rd party developers do not have all of their non-released modules in their threads. Also for example OctopusG got official thread when they were close to EA, if i remember correctly.
  10. I voted for Su-24, but i think A-6 is more plaussible to be their next module.
  11. I also do not agree with subscription at all, this would devide DCS community to people who would commit to subscription and others would end support ED completely (including me). I think this would lead to loss of custumers and other potencial customers like me would be discouraged. I have about 23 modules + terrains from ED aside from few campaigns and i am very much looking forward to buying even more (Mi-24, Mig-23, F4U, F-4 ...). So if such thing like subscription model would happen i would buy no more, end for me, NO! I am also not playing DCS every day, sometimes not even few months. The pricing that is suggested in original post 20 euros would not be justified for me to invest in DCS monthly, i would definitely spend it on something different. But one time payment example 50 euros for one module that i can play from now on anytime without worriyng about subscription is much better. Current ED`s model of pricing is the reason why i even started with this sim. Before I was thinking of buying X-Plane but the fact that you basically have to buy the same game every major update X-Plane 9 to X-Plane 10 to 11 and also DLC aircraft may not be supported is to me unacceptable but I see subscription model as even worse, NO! for me. Please do not even suggest this again.
