Make sure you are turning the "Diluter Lever" to the UP position on the Oxygen Regulator as indicated in the manual on pg 91.

Do you have brakes on an axis or just a keypress, makes a big difference.

The arm rest looks OK in my plane.

I have experienced in game the "silence" of negative G's but I have yet to hear this loud high pitched noise. Maybe my years of tinnitus overpower it?

Images are easy to find on the internet, many a/c used them as well. The image is a photo from a factory drawing of a G model. Other drawings from this book also show them on other models including pilot adjustable rudder trims.

Ah, I've been using that lever to lower the brilliance of the reticle. Seems when You turn the level down all the way and bring it back up, it's red. Not even resetting the CB returns it to yellow. Red is OK though if if goes that way sometime. Thanks for the help!

I dropped into a Dora today and once in the air I noticed that the sight reticle was red and not yellow. I don't know if I hit a key or a switch to change the color, it stayed red through the entire flight. It worked well on the mission so all was good. Switched planes after landing and had yellow back. Anyone else run into this?

Since you have rudder bound in multiple places how are your deadbands? I've had conflicts on my TM16000 setup when deadbands are too small.

I'm currently reading a book, Mission Jimmy Stewart and the fight for Europe". Noted for just about every mission is the disappearance of fighters as the bombers came to the flak zones and their re-emergence after the bombers left the target area. They seemed to be quite good at it. I've seen this in other books and movies as well. it's been documented for years.

I fly 2650x1440, I put a magnifier up to the screen and the "label" is really only one pixel for me. Totally inadequate and the reason I tend to fly in the air to ground mode. When I fly in a group others are calling out aircraft and all I can do is go "what, where?".

I can't see API, against ground targets they all seem to hit at same time on first burst so I'm guessing both have about the same range off the bat. Yes, that's what I see. Range and accuracy diminish each burst.

Tracer rounds are losing half their range. Half.

It seems that the rounds fall much shorter for ones fire from the ends of the belts than the ones from the beginning, about half the range. It doesn't matter if you have fired all rounds at once or in bursts over a thirty minute period. It seems to affect the rounds for the Dora as well, haven't checked the others.

last night I experienced the same things that iFoxRomeo did. It occurred while I was in the server flying, was trapped in server upon landing. Seems to be trouble.

Use full down trim. Use brakes as much as needed to keep going straight.

I use a tm16000 that was picked up when I got into DCS. It's a bit frail but works well. I have a driving wheel and pedals, the pedals work fine for brakes. I only fly the WW2 birds but find that I can have almost all/all the necessary binds on the HOTAS. The keyboard is only used for chat really!

I started with the P-51 and wanted an axis aircraft so I was waiting for the sale to pick up an Fw-190D. I couldn't stop and picked up the Bf-109 and the Spit at the same time! Now, it seems like not enough time to even learn the planes. I'll have to work that out, lol.

Today my Z axis began giving me rudder inputs that I was not making. Only 3-4 months old, unbelievable!

I can't get into my favorite OB server, it's not shown on the list. I can see that my DCS version is the same for my Stable and Open Beta versions, 2.5.5.35461. I know this must be wrong. I ran the clean and repair tools nothing showed as wrong. How do I get to be on my fav server again? Thanks, Slick
