I have noticed 2 things. A plane that clearly is grey passes below me then suddenly appears to have cammo paint blending it perfectly with the trees below and I loose it. Second. Climbing out behind the plane in front of me on takeoff. Clearly a Tomcat in burner until they cut burners so I can catch up. Poof! The just disappeared . I get the burners are brighter but I’m not talking a pixel, I’m talking visible wings. Actually initial download of 2.5.6 was a huge improvement in visibility for my vr. Latest made it worse. No track. Thanks

Does going from 1024 to 512 muddy the displays and gauges at all? Its already a tad hard to read in VR. Thanks

I was jusT going to ask. I was in MP last evening on one of the bigger servers and kept seeing literally a dozen tracks coming at me at a time. Happened on several sorties in a row. Assumed maybe the reapers were up but none crashed into each other or fired back!???? Fired a six shot salvo and bailed each time. Never a hit or a return shot. Hmmm

Can you imagine if they would have used this software when they faked the moon landings? “Houston, the eagle has landed “, “err, thats the surface of mars Houston, can you change the graphic?” “Yep, thats better! Damn, f10 no longer works for the open capsule bind!!” “Honey, go play outside” “Damn it mom, we’re making history here!.......

Also, as soon as the 30xx series comes out, my very lightly used 2080ti Is going on the sale block. (Shameless plug I know...)

As long as we’re wishing, how about a Function that allows the sim to function in VR today, as good as it did yesterday before you turned it off. Now we’re talking crazy.....

“Maddening”. Yes! Spent Saturday and Sunday morning in a well know multi player arena with flawless performance. Finally Actually spent time and figuring out srs and thought ” hell yes, finally got this shit figured. This afternoon, stutter city again. WTF. Cold reboot every time I start a session, never leave pc on. +- same number on the server, good ping. I just Don’t get it???

The deafening silence should be a pretty big red flag fyi....

Not sure if it’s related but since update, I had been unable to get either engine to light after spawn or re spawn In MP on SC . Took me a while to figure out it was spawning me with empty tanks. Maybe something like this on your end??

Maybe you can help me with the software. It enables you to create a button that when pressed gives each button a second and third layer (so 12 keys is really 36). The instructions are pretty bad. Any chance you can explain that? Thanks either way!

I just added one from this manufacturer with a 12 keys. I use it right next to my throttle for my f1-f12 keys. Works like a charm. A whole lot more you can do with it as well.

I should clarify that I have no objection to paying. However I am not paying any more for a program that doesn’t work in my world. Make it functional in VR (my choice) in a format that actually has MP servers (I could roll back to 2.5 but there is nobody to play with). If the above happens THEN I will pay, but not paying for promises. Again, love it when it works!

Not that my opinion means squat but DCS for ME (please read that carefully As I don’t want to get into another debate with our resident trolls, FOR ME) Hasn’t ran well since The 2.56 update. I spend more time rebooting, and fudging around trying to get up with a plane that actually functions on all levels with a non stutter, non Warp experience, than enjoying. I am planning on one more investment, a 30xx card. If that doesn’t make things tolerable in my world I’m cashing out. So whatever they need to do to fix this get on with it but if it’s giving more money in the HOPE that it gets better later, forget it. Love it when it does run tho!!!

I have been getting random “server connection time outs” Since I started using OB just after the first major 2.56 patch. Not savy enough to track the issue. When it gets annoying I just put my junk away and do something else. Haven’t flown in about a month so may be fixed, dunno

So what did you stumble on exactly? Feel like I am missing something. Not being a troll, just can’t figure. Are you suggesting deleting and reinstall everything or what? Thanks

Was never really into the warbirds per se but got sucked in on the P47. Decided to try some Mp The other day. Between nobody flying and the fact that for whatever reason, the F10 maps don’t show ANYONE make it zero enjoyable for me personally. Would be nice to at least know where I was if not maybe the friends. Yeah, I get it, learn to read a map and navigate but there has to be some component of what “I” consider fun to keep me hooked. Well back to the F-14 for me.

I was tooling along great today in the aerobatics server. All was great then suddenly stutter city. I noticed at that moment my “VID” % usage dropped and my “BUS” usage spiked. Only way to make things “normal” was to reboot machine. Anybody take away anything from this observation? Thanks

I feel like I’m missing something. In both OB and stable when I open the MP server list 99%have like 1 player and maybe 5-6 have more than 10. Is there something I am doing wrong or do the bulk of players use sp? Im in Eastern time US and most every day/ time slot and I have all the maps. Thanks
