to answer your question which I struggled with long ago, the answer is yes! here is why I think yes is the right answer: 1- personal reasons: I used to wear eyeglasses. nearsighted to 2016. got LASIC done. now I still need to kneel in to read small text, or lift up textbook closer to read the fine print. This is human limitation. 2- game related reasons: our equipment can NEVER match the acuity of the real eyesight. this means if you can not spot the thing from afar, you dont fly. my point is, as long as you can pick things up using any means necessary, you are not considered cheating. you are considered relieving your eye strain. just like in the real world. I hope this makes sense.

I am bidding on the version we are getting its probably the 1967 version used in NAM. I wouldn't expect glass cockpit display or digital instruments... I would expect A LOT of round dial instruments..

As slated in this video, the C type Blk 52 (our DCS model) suffers this issue. Perhaps stock model needs to suffer these inherent problems without triggering failures?

I have seen a very cool video of DCS bios and the hornet AoA I wonder if the supercarrier FLOLS can be output to DCS bios. It would make a really cool panel omitting the overlay. I can think of industrial uses even on paved runways the PAPI could be accomodated.

Hi Bro, I really can't upgrade GPU just yet. Maybe in a couple of months I could. I just want to get a new pc because my old build died a year ago. Yes a whole year without DCS, XP, SBpro,etc...

shall I look perhaps into the 6950XT as its fresher and probably beats the 3060 by a long way?
